  • Advancing research brings forth a very interesting reality in front of us that many diseases like diabetes Mellitus, heart diseases, arthritis of joints and even some types of cancers have got an element of chronic inflammation on their base.
    Now, once we know this reality then we try to look for some types of foods that help us fight and lower chronic inflammation somehow to avoid either happening or the severity of these chronic ailments.
    The first one is turmeric, whose active compound is called cucrmin, which not only gives turmeric its distinct color but also acts as an anti-inflammatory compound.turmeric helps to reduce inflammation in joints,brains and blood vessels of heart.
    Second in the row are fatty fish like salmon,mackerel, trout and sardines which are good source of Omega-3 Fatty Acid which is a powerful antioxidant and benefits not only heart health but also mental health and joint health improves by its use.
    Thirdly, we have leafy green vegetables like spinach,kale, and Swiss chard, which are abundant with polyphenols and flavonoids, which are powerful antioxidants Lutein and zeaxanthine present in it are good for eye health, and these are also good for bone strength and immune system.
    Fourth, in line, we have berries like strawberry, blueberry, and raspberries. These are loaded with antioxidants and help the heart brain by lowering inflammation. These also contain fiber and have low calories, so that's a great option to lose weight.
    Lastly we have nuts like almonds and walnuts and seeds like chia and flaxseeds which not only healthy fats,protein and fiber but also loaded with antioxidant Omega-3 fatty acids and are good for Heart Health,better digestion and better manage blood sugar level.
