Wash days are one of my best things to do for my natural 4c hair.
Today we are washing my hair and we are putting in a trick I saw in a channel @TheChicNatural to avoid unnecessary hair shrinkage.

Shrinkage is a sign of healthy hair in black hair community.
It's very normal for hair to shrink when it is get water in it.
