- My 4c natural hair has severe shrinkage. I used to battle my extreme shrinkage but no more. I stopped trying to prevent natural hair shrinkage and this is where I ended up. I like it here. :)

In my experience, your hair responds to how you treat it. I'm learning to love my natural hair no matter how it turns out. Now, it behaves and I'm loving it even more. Be positive and towards Fluff nugget. Care for her and she will respond.

I love you fro! I also have 4C/80% shrinkage but extremely high density. The last time I did finger coils it took 6 hours. I now just wash, section, add gel and kinda just rake my fingers through it and calling it a day 😩 I don’t ever have defined curls but I’ve come to embrace that. You really have been an inspiration to me to wear my hair as is!
