Yes, this is true for any wallet. Anytime you transact on a blockchain, you need the chain’s native coin to pay for network fees. And yes, forgot to mention the rent fee for Solana

GridPlus and Tangem are two completely different wallets.
I’ve seen reviews of the GridPlus and it looks terrible-like an old alarm clock. Complicated. Much better options on the market imo.
Tangem is one of the best.

Tangem supports all ERC20 tokens (ETH meme coins) and Solana meme coins. You have to add them manually, but yes they are all supported, including the new ones that are created every second of the day.
When you receive to tangem wallet do you need to tap to NFC in order to see the updated balance? Also can you get push notifications from the wallet when the deposit is successful?
No you don’t need to do that. And as of now, there are no push notifications
Yo man at the end of the day say i put my cards and my key words away for 8yrs.. If something was to happen to Tangem or anything along those lines it will no matter what always be possible for me to get access to my coins correct..?

I have a lot of issues with uphold as far as trying to send crypto from Uphold to wallet.
Uphold is not the best exchange. But here are the steps to do it:
To send crypto from Uphold to an external wallet, you can do the following:
1. Sign in to your Uphold account on the Uphold website
2. Select Transact
3. Choose your source of funds
4. Select Select Destination
5. Scroll to Crypto Networks
6. Select the crypto network you want to use for the withdrawal
7. Click Preview Withdrawal
8. Enter the network address you want to withdraw to
9. Click Confirm Withdrawal
10. Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app

You can sell it. But you have to swap it to a different crypto first as selling in the wallet isn’t directly supported

How to keep meme coins in phantom wallet safe with hardware wallet? I just ordered ledger nano x, can u make a video on how to use it with phantom
Keeping any coin in a hot wallet like Phantom is not safe.
What you’re referring to is using a hardware wallet to store your coins while managing it through the Phantom app.
To do this:
1. Open the Phantom wallet in your browser.
2. Go to Settings (≡).
3. Select Add / Connect Wallet.
4. Choose Connect Hardware Wallet and click Continue.
5. Select a chain.
6. Ensure the SOL app is open on your Ledger.
7. Phantom will detect your Ledger accounts

Exchanges limit transfer amounts- for example Robinhood crypto transfer limit is 5k per day - this makes crypto trading difficult - difficult to convert to cash then back to crypto quickly - any ideas for better trading?
Use a decentralized exchange. There are no limits. Also, centralized exchanges like Kraken have way better limits (hundreds of thousands to millions of dollar)

Why is coinbase allowing me to sell my whole amount of xrp but only allowing me to transfer a tiny portion of it?
Please clarify. Are you saying you’ve sold all your crypto for fiat, and now you are trying to transfer it to your bank?
PSA: Coinbase is terrible. I actually don’t use their platform nor would I EVER recommend it.
I just know many people do so that’s why used it as an example in this video.

But when I hit sell, the amount "available" is the total and when I hit "transfer", only a very small portion is "available" to transfer. It's denying me to transfer to the wallet it seems

Yes. This is normal practice for Coinbase. They will put your funds on hold for a set period before you can transfer them out.
You should be able to view how long until all your funds are available to transfer.
In the meantime, I’d setup a Kraken account and run as fast as you can away from Coinbase. Absolute garbage company.

I'm soo angry man, I got mine today and my phones tap feature isn't fully supportive. It read the card during the first two scans, but after entering my pass code, you have to scan again, and error keeps popping up saying my phone nfc feature isn't fully compatible.
Hmm. That seems odd. I would start over and try again. Delete the app. Make sure your phone is up to date, and try again.
@@cyberscrilla my phone is a few years old. Galaxy a21. I don't run out and get the latest hot phone when it comes out. My son has a newer galaxy and the setup went fine on his phone.
Makes sense if you have an older phone.
Not a terrible idea to update every few years for security purposes and better performance.

Just choose one. Most exchanges use method 2. The fee is deducted from your withdrawal, that way you’re not paying extra.
So if you send $100 and the fee is $2, you’ll receive $98. Simple

When i try to transfer from my bybit account i have to transfer it from unified trading account to funding account then only it allows me to transfer while others can do directly from their unified trading account.
Btw my tangem still haven’t arrived been 15 days now.

For crypto withdrawals on bybit, you have to transfer your funds to the Spot Account or the Funding Account before you can withdraw funds.
This is just standard for their platform
I found but hard to navigate and took me a few days to work out how to transfer.

On that note, if you’re using a hardware wallet how it’s supposed to be used (as a vault) there would be no need for a dapp browser as that’s just a path to get hacked.
Stick to using hot wallets for dapp interactions and cold wallets for secure storage (imo)

This is such an unhelpful comment. What phones? Do they have NFC? Simple things you should check before buying a wallet.
