Mental health...why won't i help myself?

I'm out of hospital now. Thanks so much for the love and support.
I don't know why i'm being so resistant to looking after my mental health now though.
I guess i'm trying to fit into modern 21st century life which tells us we must be busy 24/7.
BUT I NEED TO LOOK AFTER MY MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AND FOREMOST. WHY IS THIS EASIER SAID THAN DONE!??!?!
