I found a new project called freebeat Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike and it sounds amazing! The most outstanding feature is that it can be charged when you apply indoor mode. It also has a brushless 750W motor with 80Nm torque and a top speed of 20mph. The 80mm front suspension and puncture-resistant fat tires ensure a smooth ride in any condition. It's also waterproof and offers a unique blend of fitness and technology with the Smart Saddle Detection+ feature. With just 30 minutes of indoor riding, you can generate enough energy to cover 10 miles outside. This e-bike is truly revolutionary! Can't wait to see it in action!
{{3}}That's an exciting giveaway! Good luck to everyone who enters! I'm actually a big fan of ebikes, and I recently found a new crowdfunding project called freebeat Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike. It's a revolutionary eBike that combines indoor fitness and outdoor exploration. The most outstanding feature is that it can be charged when you apply the indoor mode! With its brushless 750W motor and 80Nm torque, it delivers impressive power and speed. The 80mm front suspension and puncture-resistant fat tires ensure a smooth ride in any condition. It even has an IPX5 Waterproof finish. I'm amazed by the innovative Smart Saddle Detection+ feature that provides valuable performance insights and keeps you motivated. It's definitely worth checking out!
Thank for this review. My 63 year old mom has been riding her regular bike to work 5 times a week for the past 20+ years now and a bike like this is just what she needs now
Hey George! We're glad to be a help here! If you are your mom have any questions about it, let us know! We'll see what we can do as far as getting you some answers
Thanks for the excellent review of that great looking e-bike! Wondering why such a nicely appointed and well thought-out e-bike from a reputable company has no water bottle cage mounts pre-installed? Personally, I never go on a bike ride without a water bottle...
I would assume so, I just popped out to check the battery, I don't see a little UL logo anywhere to confirm, but I'll reach out to them to see what they can tell me about it. And yeah, the torque sensors are where it's at!
I’m impressed with the bike, I am looking for a commuter bike with the smaller tires, lighter weight. I do have a fat tire electric bike, but I want something lighter for commuting on the streets in the city. Nice review.
Really sweet e-bike for the price! My Mom and sister like this step-over variant because it's more comfortable and easier to get on and off. Winning this would encourage them to join me on our local bike paths. Electrified all the way ⚡
The answer to "What Aventon bike should I get" to me is always the Adventure over any of them. Powerful, comfortable, range and quality. Tried the Pace and just was underwhelmed. The Adventure is very confidence inspiring even for a person that never really rides bikes. But it's also great if you want to ride hard.
The adventure is a fat tired bike though which makes it heavy and not able to fit on most transit bike racks. It doesn't have blinkers and the range is not better than the pace. The pace 3 is the superior commuting bike.
This battery looks exactly like the battery that came with my Wal-Mart Concord Commutr bike. Same shape and positions of the charging port and the button showing level of battery. My battery shows: Model: VK-36V10.4Ah-B-10S4P At the top, where it locks into the frame right below the button to test your charge level, it is imprinted with “REENTION” Would this battery maybe use the same case or could it be the same on the inside also? Thanks for the video!!!
Hi... I went shopping for an e bike and the shop had this bike but unfortunately I drive a smaller car and no way to transport it to my house. So I went on the Aventon website and saw they have free shipping. I am pretty technically inclined so do you think I would be able to assemble this myself? I watched the assembly video and it doesn't look too complicated. What do you think? Or anyone else comment if they did an assembly. Thanks. P.S. My biggest pet peeve of bicyclist is that they don't follow road signs. I cringed every time you ran through a stop sign.
Hey there! The assembly on this one is pretty straight forward, and I think you should be able to do it :) Sorry about running those stop signs! I've had some comments on that in the older videos, but you'll be happy to know that I don't do it anymore. We just get to comfortable in the neighborhoods we're in all the time I suppose. And while I do often slow down, and definitely check both ways while riding, my chest, where the GoPro is mounted, doesn't move, so watching these back it does look a bit careless. But like I said, I'm safer now :P
Hey Mitch, I am about to pull the trigger on 2 Pace 500.3 step through bikes. But I read somewhere that the step through might not be as strong or stable or crisp feeling as the step over. If this is true, I might buy a step over for me and a step through for my wife. What are your thoughts?
This is one of the best reviews of this bike. I have the original Pace and am thinking of getting this newer version. Do you feel like you get more a workout with the torque sensor? Thanks😊😊😊
Get this bike and if the tires aren’t aggressive enough for the trails..? Get more aggressive tires. That’s what I’m going to do. I did that with my girlfriend’s cruiser. Id also recommend a suspension seat post
@@FishHardGetLucky I’m worried the sus seatpost won’t be enough. I’m also looking at the Surface604 Rook. Also Electric Bike Company but I’m not sure if those cruisers will be ok on trails
Great review! One question, when you use the turn signals, is there some sort of indicator on the screen or button pad that let's you know the turn signal is on?
The turn signals frequency looked very slow and I find it is concerning, I am not sure drivers would identify it as a turn signal. Was it slowed down for the video or is it that slow in real life?
Hey, I just came across this TH-cam video titled "Aventon" and I must say, the content is pretty impressive! As an avid ebike user, I'm always on the lookout for innovative products, and now I've stumbled upon the freebeat Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike. This new crowdfunding project truly caught my attention, especially the outstanding feature of being able to charge the bike in indoor mode. That's a game-changer! The 750W motor, 80Nm torque, and top speed of 20mph also sound incredibly promising. Can't wait to learn more about the freebeat Morph e-bike and support this project. Keep up the great work!
Welcome Mitch. A 17 min review? New review format? Or only for this bike? I always wanted you guys to do MORE riding footage when doing your reviews. Man i wish that was a high step. Model 500.3, very interesting that Aventon with a .3 Would that be for the 3rd version of the Pace 500?
Hey there! Thank you for the warm welcome! We will be adding in more ride footage for every review, as I think that it's a huge value for people who can't test-ride something, but still want to get that insight to the ride feel. They also have a step-over version, so if that's what you're looking for, they have that listed on their website. And I believe that the .3 is for their third generation. They also did something similar with the Aventure.2 and Level.2 to signify the 2nd gen on those rides. Thanks for checking out the review! We're giving away this review model as well, so if that tickles your fancy, I wish you good luck!
Think of a cadence sensor as simply an on/off pedal assist. Uniform at a speed depending on what level of assist is chosen. When you try to extend up you feel like you are pedaling above the motor speed, even on the highest gear at times. You will feel surges of power, that can be jolting for some riders (I do not find the cadence sensor jolting but some do). Also a cadence sensor often takes one or two pedal rotations to engage, while a torque sensor does not Think of a torque sensor of more of a brain. A cadence sensor just knows you are pedaling; a torque sensor knows you are pedaling AND adjusts to how hard you are pedaling. It knows. A torque sensor is a more uniform ride, feels closer to a regular bike ride but with more power. You do not feel surges, but you still feel the power. Torque sensors also save battery power as you and the sensor are almost acting like a team
I loved trying this bike out at the store. It’s so comfortable but i want something that I can ride on trails as well. Do you know anything like this but trail capable?

Hey! I was looking to buy a ebike and came upon the level.2 and this pace 500.3. I am looking to use it for city use (which has steep hills). For this reason I am leaning towards getting the level.2. Anyone have any recommendations?
I get up very big hills with my Aventon pace 500.3, the top speed flat with pedal assist at max is 25 - 28, up a big incline…. You can expect around 15 mph maybe a little higher
From what I understand, Aventon says their Ebikes are all TUV certified in accordance with UL 2849. So TECHNICALLY, I don't think so, but they are up to standards, and I imagine they've got their bikes in the queue at UL right now to get that taken care of. ;)
I really wanted this bike until I saw that Aventon discontinued the large stepover version for us 6 ft 4 people. This bike has every feature I want🙄 The last remaining ones are sold out all over the place and no one's selling.
Welcome aboard, Full Nelson! We just closed this giveaway out, but we're also running one on the Turris! And have more planned for the coming months. ;) So stay tuned!

Great review of the bike. Unfortunately, you are one of those riders that give bike riders (standard or eBike) a bad reputation. You totally ignored two stops signs without even pretending to stop. Same laws apply to bikes/ebikes as cars.👎
