  • What makes INTJs so awesome?
INTJs are: Reflective. Modest. Calm. Strategic. Serious. Open-minded. Optimistic. Big-picture thinkers. Inquisitive. They can stand out for their imagination, their focus and more.

My name is Erik Thor and I'm trying to drive a shift in our conversation about personality. To me, personality is a spectrum, and labels are just a tool to research specific groups of personalities. I see cognition and personality as something we can develop over time, and want to talk about health and well-being for each personality type. I'm less interested in making the same old videos about "how to define extroverted intuition" or "why entps feel misunderstood" and instead, want to make videos helping people who relate to the ENTP label connect more to themselves and live happier, better lives.

i am an INTJ that has dedicated myself to being good with people, i got a job that allows me to be free enough to be my own boss while being able to always go some place new, my goal is to be able to be free and easy anywhere i go, i feel almost like ive made myself into an extravert sometimes with how much i want to keep going back out to meet people , though when i look at it realistically i am still a very reserved person. and ive realized that some people are really ok with that and like me for it.
there were times in my life that i tried so damn hard to Fe correctly that i disgusted myself, then i swung hard the other way and just tried to Te bulldoze , here at 25 ive found a workable balance and i actually kind of like other people now. i guess its easier to like other people when you are someone they can like.
good video, not sure that i agree with everything but i still appreciate your views on the subject.

The strange thing about MY intuition is that it is close to 100% correct most of the times.
Not that I would like to be wrong, but it is very strange to be right all of the time with so little information or sometimes no information at all.
    It still puzzles me.
I don't think that this is normal.
Therefore I see it like or it could well be a GIFT FROM GOD.
"How do I know that so firmly?
How did I guessed that one out?"
    It is weird.
It is like having access to a portal or window nearly no one else has access to.
    It is like connecting dots.
But while everyone else has to connect one by one and it takes time, reasoning, considering, reconsidering, I connet one and the rest of the puzzle solves itself by itself.
    It just unfolds at once.
Although most of the times I know the outcome of things, situations, actions, it feels so good to be proven/shown wrong sometimes.
It is like JESUS THE CHRIST is saying : ONLY I CAN CONTROL EVERYTHING.
Sometimes it feels disappointing, because we are protectors, guardians of other people's lives.
"How could I get this wrong?"
But sometimes it feels good to be not that sharp.
I say sometimes because most of the times it is a great advantage.
And this great advantage does make people think that I am arrogant, can't blame them for thinking this way.
Sincerely, I KNOW that this kind of foreknowledge can only be achieved by magic, by being shown by an Angel allowed by JESUS CHRIST to show the future or by JESUS power to let you know things beforehand.
Just like intelligence, it does not resides in our bodies, nor in our brains, but it can be manifested in our bodies and brains, but ultimately you know you're not more intelligent than the average person, maybe that's why JESUS evaluate us and if HE finds us fit to be shown a glimpse of the future, HE can do so.
    This puzzles one.
    There no wise men.
    There's no intelligent men.
    Nor smart men.
There are only levels of CLEARANCE to these advantages.
    All comes from GOD.

you're not using "intuition" in the way that it is used with respect to personality. everyone has hunches or "intuitions" in that sense, guesses they make basically. to have introverted intuition as a dominant function is something completely different -- more like, you live in your imagination, you plot ahead and envision landscapes of meaning, stuff like that. it is not a question of sometimes having a hunch that is correct or incorrect, more a question of what the basic structure of your experience is like.

I related to both the reviewer and writer subtypes you presented, but particularly the writer! I am highly introverted and spend a lot of time in inward contemplation, shaping my ideas, theories and perceptions of the world and utilizing my intuition and imagination to get a crystallized vision of myself and reality around me. Creative pursuits are incredibly important to me; developing and finding a way to express my inner landscape is probably the thing that gives me the most satisfaction in life.

Great video! I think I might be a director INTJ.
I'm constantly having my goals in my mind and working towards them.
I'm neglecting, sometimes, everything else and having issues out of this.

This is one of the best explanation of INTJ, and it's authentic, really appreciable.
I don't know for me, maybe I am the reviewer or writer.

Knowing you, I'd assume you were the writer considering you're fairly intuitive
