At their worst INTJ'S have the natural propensity towards nihilism no purpose or meaning in their life .

    • @ServantUmoh
      @ServantUmoh 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

I think this is natural, the important thing is to never give up searching. Your life has meaning because of the God who created us. Keep on searching for the patterns, I guarantee you will come to the same conclusion that I have. Christ is King, He gives life meaning

I like understanding patterns and predicting behaviour, but it can be a two-edged sword. One strength is that you’re constantly learning new things. A weakness is it makes it difficult to forgive a friend who wrongs you.

Having spent years teaching the inevitability of human falliabillity, i have learned too much forgiveness.

If you cannot forgive (it is like you cannot forget), and it means that there is something close to you you do not fully understand (otherwise you would not use the words as you have used "wrong").

Make the truth your own.~INTJ. INTJS have contingency plans A, B, C, D, etc., thanks to their foresight, ability to anticipate and insights.

When I started reading Sun Tzu it was like ”this is what I thought 40 years ago while doing my military service”.
And I have Five rings book on my book shelf. A wonderful book.
    So spot on!

What personality type are you? I used to think I was an INFJ, but as I took more quizzes and understood the cognitive functions - I realized I was an INTJ.
Being present is extremely difficult for this type. But when you do master meditation and being present as an INTJ - it is extremely therapeutic.

Unfortunately, this prevents me from taking criticism from people who aren't like me because the criticism is usually filled with bias and a general lack of understanding of the subject matter.

Thanks for making this video, lots of food for thought for me :)
It's endlessly frustrating to feel like I have the theory down and even down to the sequential steps of something that I want to get done but for some reason being unable to initiate the actual real world activity envisioned by my thinking. Sometimes it's so frustrating that I make myself stop planning because it feels inevitable that I won't actually be able to do anything with the plan. :/

Btw, I always greatly liked you INFP’s. Based on having observed the various behaviour patterns, that you are the only ones that truly understand us INTP’s. The INTJ’s and ENTP’s are in second place position.

  • @johnknight9150
    @johnknight9150 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

INFPs are always high up on the list of an INTJ's favourite types!
There are some weirder elements to Ni and Te I think other types should know about that aren't really ever mentioned.
    Ni:
Ni draws primarily on the unconscious, and uses much of the same kind of symbol-generating parts of the brain as when you're dreaming. It's the part of yourself you'll experience when you have sudden personal revelations, where something enormously complex is distilled into some kind of elegant, simple realisation. The internal life of the Ni-dominant is weird, because we often internalise and encode things into highly abstract forms, such as shapes and textures, rather than something concrete like language. I believe a lot of Abstract paintings (as in the genre, hence the capital letter) are simply external recordings of internal Ni visions.
This can all be very hard to grasp, but if you've ever been on something like hospital anaesthetic, or some drug trip, or some crazy religious fast where you ended up in an altered state of consciousness, you may remember the abstract weirdness, internal revelations and symbolism. For an Ni-dominant, this stuff is all going on just below the surface, and breaks out into consciousness much more easily than other types. I think Jung said something like it's as if were a pair of eyeballs bobbing on the surface of the inky black unconscious.
If you want to see Ni in action, check out the series Hannibal, where Will Graham has constant internal visions that are shown on-screen.
    Te:
I always found the difference between Te and Ti hard to grasp at times, but I think there is a simple way to look at how Te works, or at least for an INTJ.
If you look at Ti, it's easily represented in mathematical equations and algorithms, such as the "IF... THEN... ELSE..." statements in programming, or a simple A + B = C.
With Te, if you take the idea of A + B = C, instead of using numbers for those values, try using objects instead. So instead of 2 + 3 = 5, think 'That discarded amplifier' + 'My old speakers = 'Hifi system for the lounge room'.
We often take existing objects in the real world and then run them through "T" logic to create something new, or satisfy someone's need through a simple combination of elements.

Hello. From experiences, I have taken on different MBTI. INFJ and the INTJ are my most dominant functions. I loved your videos because they were very informative. I loved the in-depth analysis of your videos. From previous MBTI videos that I have come across and studied, I really resonate with yours. I am grateful that God brought your channel my way.
I wish you the the best on your channel. Blessings! ❤🎉✌😇🕊

I love INTJs. I find that as an INFP we have similar values and I feel instantly comfortable in their presence. The conversation flows and is always stimulating. On Quora I see so many examples of INTJ / INFP couple pairings that work amazingly well. It makes sense as we have similar values of integrity and authenticity and opposite strengths and weaknesses which offers massive opportunity for growth.

With only one example being my female INTJ partner, I'll say it could or even should be a good match if it is the male who is INTJ. However, a female INTJ partner will be less of a warmly attuned, intimate companion than the average pet.

I think you are doing a good job and have some interesting insights. With respect to Fi. I find that it is the unity of vision 'Ni' and aesthetic sense that generates a kind of electric feeling which motivates me to take action. So i think to get my Te going, i want correspondence between my Ni and Fi. This is how it feels to me anyway.

I am an INTJ and a dungeon master for D&D. But I have a small bone to pick with you (but nothing is small to us).
Do not ever refer to D&D as a board game. Board games (or as I call them, bored games) are a set of repetitive tasks designed within the confines of a board, or a set of rules and pieces, and cannot be anything except that. It’s like a train cannot run where there are no tracks. Even modern complicated/convoluted bored games like Gloomhaven cannot operate outside of what it’s been designed for.
Plus there’s never any point of them. You play for the sake of playing. There’s no evolution of story. There’s no room to tell your own stories. If it comes with a story it’s exactly prescribed and printed in the manual.
D&D on the other hand has no limits. It’s much more akin to “make believe” except adults are not shamed for enjoying it. There are rules, yes, an element of consistency is required to ensure everyone is playing the same make believe. But as a DM, I can do anything and everything, outside of the players. Any type of stories. Any length of game. Create any character, any scenario. The only limit is one’s imagination. And that’s really how an INTJ mind operates. We are not held back by limits. After being a DM I don’t enjoy being a player anymore.

What would it be like if The Fi and Fe occurred to an almost equal degree? It may be rare even among IN;'Js, but it is not impossible. How would this likely occur for an individual?

    • @Nathanelder.expressthis

It’s a continuum really. Definitely possible to have a developed FI and FE, it’s possible to be extremely aware of the energy occurring within and without at the same time.

Hi dear, I hope you are well. I saw that your TH-cam videos are very lovely and very helpful. You have enough of the videos but your video is not getting views because there is some problem with your videos. Your SEO score is very poor and you need optimization for better results. If you update the videos then the views of the video will increase. If you want you can discuss with me. Thanks

dont call us skeptical, sir. we just think carefully, we have no problem accepting anything that we have no reason to doubt anymore.
despite the written meaning of the word 'skeptic' a lot of people use it to describe pessimists. but we are some, if not the biggest optimists of all.
