So we'll articulated. This is a woman taking accountability for mistakes MANY young women make. She is a woman now, not a child. She clearly has self worth now and is not living her life the same way or making the same decisions. To come and speak about this has to take some guts. You are a brave black woman, parenting is very hard. Coming from another brave black mother.

They are not ready for this conversation. I always here about baby mothers being bitter and okay I accept that. Now let’s talk about the parts that you played as a man to make her this way???? Cheating, domestic violence, dropping kids to mums and getting on with there day, not contributing to school meals, uniforms etc. Why can’t men be honest as to the things they done to make the women act bitter 💬💬💬 I don’t think we will see this happen

When you have a child at 18 you don’t think and yes you are bitter. I am 36 now and my daughter is 17. I’m taking accountability for how I was when I was younger and I think if more women did, especially as a teenager mother it will help. I tried to take accountability for how I was back then

Leaving someone who has had your kid to be a single mum is seen as normal but it’s actually a very traumatic experience. Yes she was bitter, who wouldn’t be. She made some mistakes on how she conducted herself but she’s taking accountability... no ones perfect and her story will help other people. Stop getting women pregnant and leaving them, the heart is nothing to play with.

What women need to understand is yes he may of promised you the world but when you started acting up he withdrew from his promise and his entitled to that. Women need to take accountability and stop playin the guilt trip game it’s pathetic, you can promise a man you’ll be at abc at this time but if he violates you before that time you are not obligated to keep that promise!.

It seems like he was young and seeing many women at the same time. Men need to also take accountability for the emotional impact their poor behaviour has on women. A lot of men tell women they are with them and only them when it’s not true. Men need to fix up to prevent such problems. If don’t want to be with a women say that but don’t cheat. I ding agree with withholding children from their father but you’ve made a situation difficult.

Appreciate the honesty though this lady was clearly a vulnerable narcissist or struggling with bpd. She had a palpable lack of empathy and care which is very common amongst women of her demographic. She will never change pathologically though she clearly is trying to do better. Without them undergoing therapy, men should avoid women like this. Her bf showed a high level of emotional intelligence as some men would have ‘stamped’ out some of this spirit. Wish her well as in fairness she represents many of the aunts and mums in the community. The presenter also displays toxic femininity in relation to men. Too much chat! Overall it’s the children who suffer. Sad but true.

Young lady you sound like a good person but not having any regrets is not necessary a good thing because your decisions have caused the father of your children not being in your kids lives consistently, i understand you had things set up back home etc.. but at what cost ? What if the man back in Jamaica tries to do the court order thing from , does it create a problem for you again. Look at how much stress your causing yourself, like you've realised it wasn't worth it.
