How To Make Better Lesson Plans

This three-step system is what I use to improve my lesson plans each time I make them! Having a "Lesson Plan" and a "Lesson Done" helps me clearly see what went differently than I planned, so I can reflect on why. Doing this each time allows me to get closer and closer to preparing for what can realistically get done.
