I have a question, when the agent asks for proof of funds, obviously we wouldnt have rite away, so what i took off of one of calls was that we can send over proof of funds once we find a cash buyer during the inspection period. would that be correct? also basically, once an offer is accepted, the agent will pretty much take care of the rest. Meaning contract, title company, etc. Jerry you are a flipping genius!!! Thank you for all you do and give out to everyone. It means the world and is so helpful!!
