Can you do what contingencies to write on special provisions on buying 10 acres land A1 zone to commercial, with wet lands and no city water and sewer?

I ran comps before I submitted a contract last week we got a bid out from 15k. So, in Dallas where I live as long as the house stage well, good location and good school. Expect multiple offers from willing buyers to pay for whatever the price is.

Sometimes, I turn up to house viewings with my suitcase, and just don’t leave until they pay me. Let them make the offers for a change.

Wow I wish my agent would have done this for me on my last property. We over bid because we didn't have a clear idea what the other offers were and my agent did not negotiate for us well

You’re good. Agent job too was to make sure you won the bid. There is no disclosure how much would be the other people’s offer. You just guess but you can also get comp.
