As with every large franchise there's always a few spin-off games from Hey You Pickachu and the more recent Pokemon Let's Go. And with Pokemon Pinball, they really hit it out of the park. Not only is this pinball game extensive featuring all 151 generation 1 Pokemon, but they are each animated! The music is a combination of songs from old and unreleased games and pairs well with the exceptional sound effects. The cartridge has a rumble back with a AAA battery to make it feel more like a "pinball machine" while on the game boy color, but to me it just was loud and annoying. In order to complete the Pokemon Pinball gameboy color game, I'm going to have to: catch all 151
pokemon, beat all all the bonus levels, and then get the top high scores on BOTH red and blue boards. Time to activate my pinball wizard skills!

Pokémon pinball has some of the catchiest chip tunes in the whole series. Lots of them are remixes of tracks from the main series games. I’m so happy you’re covering this classic.

Speaking of, please play Pokémon conquest. I don’t expect 2 Pokémon episodes back to back but do know conquest will be a real challenge, proceed at the risk of your own sanity

Its so crazy seeing Jirard complete games I played casually as a kid. I don't think I ever saw one of those bonus stages! Its like a whole new world that Jirard shows me!

This will probably be hell to complete, but on the topic of Pokemon, how about Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team or Blue Rescue Team? An amazing OST, a nice, touching story, TONS of post-game content, and Pokemon as a freaking roguelike! Plus, YOU ARE A POKEMON!

I was definitely a little jealous of the other kids playing the R&S pinball, it was definitely more eye pleasing with the graphic updates. But hey, for how old the original pokemon pinball was, there was a shit ton of hours I put in before it became boring. They’re both grade A in my book.

Back when Pokémon was getting big a friend of mine was definately somebody who said that it was just a fad that would endure just a year or so. I disagreed but I really don´t think I would have imagined it to still be around today.
Wow, this is great! I spent a good amount of time on this game as a kid, and it's probably my favourite pinball game to this day (as someone who's not a huge pinball fan).

Love you Beardman. My family and I played this game for YEARS. We had a "communal" GameBoy in the bathroom. We all took turns beating each others High Score. Sometime I would hear my mom walk in to the bathroom and then shout "DAMNIT, who beat my score?" And then she would proceed to take the lead. Plus, haveing the game in the bathroom was very good "anger" releasing platform.
Can you complete Neir: Automata? Peas... and cornbread
Only downside to a bathroom game boy, aside from germs, would be people spending 400 hours in the bathroom going for a high score.
This was one of my favorite games so I was excited to see the video. My cousin and I used to play this so much seeing who could keep the high score the longest. Although it sucks you didn't get anything for completing the dex, at least you had some fun. Looking forward to the next video!

@@pandasbass7267 Now that the new Godmaster DLC is released though, it's more of a daunting task than ever! Before that, I easily completed the game. It only took a little time but nothing was impossible to achieve with a bit of practice, even Grey Prince Zote x10.
I'm guessing Jirard was waiting for all the Kickstarter updates to be released before completing the game (before that it would have been pointless), or maybe he's even waiting for the Hornet campaign DLC that was also promised during the Kickstarter (well, the stretch goal wasn't met so they will release it as paid DLC in contrary to the others, but considering the ridiculously low price of this game, it's only fair!).

here's a suggestion try to complete pokemon tv and pokemon dash AND hey you pikachu in one run all of them! that will be something! these are what people call "The worst pokemon games" so how about for our sakes you try them all in one run! they are all short so this wont be hard

I loved Pokémon Channel when I was a kid for some reason. I went through it recently to get that Jirachi you get for winning and it was not a fun experience. Very slow.

I used to play the remake of this game when I was a kid. I loved it so much. I was devistated when I lost it. Such good memories.
Also favorite audio feature (not mentioned) is the diverse battle cries of the pokemon when they appear. So awesome!
It’s possible that the battle cries are the same as what their battle cries are at when they appear in the originals.

I remember my first game Pokemon pinball advance. I loved that game and is possibly the only game that I have ever fully completed. Just seeing that pokedex filled made me so happy. I had worked at that game for so long to fill the empty spots and I did. Plus beating my dad's high scores felt good as well. It may not be the original, but man was it fun

I cannot believe you managed to fully complete this game. I played this game for months when I was a kid and only managed to get about half of the pokemon, the RNG is just to rediculous in this game .
