I have seen 3 ENTs and none of them could explain my post nasal drip. Now I at least know what it is related to.

Underrating is a trigger for me. Eating past fullness not good for me. Eating small amounts frequently is best for me. Been working on eating calmly and unrushed. Stress very much triggers the throat lump feeling. Thanks for your informative vids

To some, fasting helps them. Mine is the opposite. It hurts me when I don’t eat. But fasting has so many health benefits that I just don’t know what path to take.

Don’t fight your body. Fasting has downsides, too, like loss of muscle mass.

I can’t fast either I have to eat something two hours before I go to bed or I get acid reflux ☹️

My reflux is always worse on an empty stomach. A little dinner roll helps mine calm down.

Overcome your reflux probs by CHEWING your food. Before I had lapband I was told to learn to chew my food thoroughly-to the consistency of baby food. Takes longer but also allows time for your brain to get the message that your stomach is full. Before learning to really chew my food I had to keep a bottle of antacids on my night stand. Takes longer but a little to learn to really chew your food- but I immediately got results for free! Now watching people chew once or ywice and then swallow whole chunks makes me sick. The bigger the chunks of food you swallow- the more acid your stomach has to throw out to break it down for digestion. Simple……..

Not sure what your qualifications are Sir, but I'll take my chances with someone who had GERD for 10 years and is now a qualified AR Nutritionist.

This guy is whack. I know people who have tried just eating meat and their system could not digest it. You need balanced nutrition. One of the biggest problems with that diet is the lack of fibre, not to mention lack of vitamins because they come from vegetables and fruit.
