I always love watching the series!! Trying out any random occupation for the first time and having to be on camera at that must be challenging. Imagine having to do that repeatedly for so many episodes too. As a host she has to be engaging and articulate as well (which she is)! She never fails to show her authentic self, it's something that I appreciate about her. All these have been consistent in the series. Please never stop making Hired or Fired, love the concept and Xenia. Kudos to the crew too for producing this :)
P.S.: While I understand that everyone has their own views (and we are all entitled to them), I think we could afford to be more encouraging and look at her strengths instead :) Peace out!

Still, great attitude for learning.
Xenia performed great at the roles despite not having prior volunteering experience or not being comfortable with the birds and worms!! And we also got to learn so much about how many tasks the bird keepers at JBP have to do daily to look after the birds :)
The staff really seem professional and having fun doing their work! Kudos to the team and the passionate JBP staff :)
Used to worked back there many years ago as a Research Assistant looking after babies birds and breeding endangered species.
i would just cry if i ever try working there , i have a phobia of birds 😭

I wasn't very afraid of birds when i worked at JBP but you'd get used to them flying around you and eventually overcome your fear!

Somehow I feel like there’s something missing in the Hired or Fired episode nowadays... Xenia not entertaining to watch anymore. She’s now serious like a mediacorp tv host and no longer have that fun and natural and silly personality. I prefer the other colleagues from TSL who are less serious. Maybe put other hosts who are funnier for this segment instead...feel like this happen after she did acting in america Maybe she should be actress instead because she dun have tt TH-cam factor anymore. 🥱🥱🥱😵😵😵
This is too harsh. Way too harsh. I will think that it is your expectation that made you feel this way rather than something missing. On the contrary, I think we should praise Xenia for going to the States to improve herself. Can you also kindly explain what is TH-cam factor? If you want something fun and natural and silly, look for video of that nature. I personally find this serious educational and it gives a rare glimpse of the work behind the scene. Xenia does a great job given that every episode is a crash course. Why don't you go audition to take over the series and see how you will perform?

also, she went to America for acting class. Not hosting class. She came back more boring n too polish. Not entertaining to watch means not entertaining. She may have improve acting? Good for her. But just lose the relatability when she is on the TH-cam videos. I hv watched TSL for many yrs including all hired or fired. There’s definitely a big difference in the feeling of the show and host.
