It's a clear depiction that any career can be fulfilling and worthwhile as long as we love and enjoy what we do. I'm having dinner as Xenia was gutting the fish. But, I've gutted fish before so I'm not bothered or anything. It's a bit of work, and if you're not careful, you will rupture the gallbladder, which can spoil the fish.
