    복부 운동은 아직 힘들어서 부담될때가 많은데 이건 신나서 넘 재미있게 달렸어요😆 앞으로 자주 할래요!! 역시 쌤들표 댄스💛💛

    주말동안 많이 먹었는데 구세주처럼 신상댄스가 나왔네요😉 달밤에 회개운동 하니까 땀이 뚝뚝 떨어져서 기분 너무 좋아요

    흥둥이를 최근에 알았어요ㅠ 롤린 쉐킷 던던댄스 세가지해봤는데.. 따라하기도 부담없네요. 운동해도 땀 잘 안나는 체질인데 롤린이랑 던던댄스 했더니 땀이 비오듯 하네요. 난생처음으로 턱에서 땀방울떨어졌어요!! 그리고 운동화가 넘 이쁘네요!

    인스타 릴스보고 흘러 들어와버렷다!! 이분들을 찾아!! 운동 잼병이 어려우면 맨날 포기하고 단식으로만 다이어트해서 움직여보자 해봅니다 일단 접근이 쉬운녀석으로
    요즘 땅끄부부님들이 쉬시는데다가 배경음악이 없어서 틀어두고 따라하기에 좀 심심해서... 딱 맞겠다 싶어서 🤗

    다여트 중인데 뿌링클 클리어 해버려서ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 현타와 자괴감이 물씬 밀려와 아이돌 춤 몇번 춰주고 이 영상 따라했더니 땀이 엄청 나네요 ㅠㅠ 감삼다 ㅠㅠㅠ

    아이돌 다이어트 댄스 모음 20분 춘 담에 막판 스퍼트 느낌으로 마무리 5분 이거 해주니까 온 몸에 땀 줄줄 짱 좋아요!!!! 전 지루한 운동은 딱 질색이라 홈트가 딱이고 그 중에서도 빠르고 신나는 운동이 젤 좋은 사람입니다,, 근데 흥둥이 채널을 며칠 전에 알게 돼서 꾸준히 하는 중인데요!! 진짜 제가 끝까지 즐겁게 해낸 운동은 오랜만이예요 성취감 짱ㅠㅠ 좋은 영상들 앞으로도 부탁해요🩷
