    2.3 million starting price, no way is that house just 2.3 million.

      This house is the model and it is really upgraded...the base price for the base model is $2.3 per the builder.

    Nice description and a beautiful home. However at 700$ a sq ft construction it seems expensive and small . I guess most of that price is in the backyard but if the dimensions of the house were say 4500Sq ft it would be really interesting to see.

    outrageous price where it is hot as hell, lack of water. good luck if this house could sold for 1.5mil

    there are some neat details, but one thing that ruins this, like so many other layouts for me is the tiny and narrow tv area, combined with a small kitchen and dining area.

      I just watched it again and it does look on the small side in the video...in real life it is really a lot larger and open. Thank you for the comment!

    This house is $4.3 million as it sits I'm told by a realtor in Scottsdale . Did they have a huge price reduction that would be good to know.

    Toll builder is not custom. I live in Scottsdale and I don't know where black mountain is. Is it in that area without water? Probably in Glendale,but builder calls it scottsdale

      Hello! That's true. The main reason for that is here in Arizona, as a realtor, I can be held liable for any misinformation that I give. If I say this counter is granite and it's actually another type of stone and a buyer purchases the home based on me telling them that the counter is granite and they find out it's not...I can be sued.That might seem crazy but it's true. I'm great at finding properties and negotiating contracts and working through the entire real estate process of buying and selling homes, however I'm not an expert on what type of AC is the best and what kind of appliances and flooring are in every house. If these things are important to my individual clients I can help the find the answers. I'm trying to keep this reply short so I won't give examples here of situations that have come up. If something is "out of my area of expertise" then I will refer my clients to the experts to find out the answers that they need. Hope that helps!
