Absolutely beautiful house. I know it's being picky, but one thing I don't like is having the Master Bedroom entrance that close to the living area (especially straight across from the Butler's Pantry). I would give up a few feet in the bedroom and have the entrance further down, coming in between the bathroom and bedroom. Have a little hallway with maybe a breakfast bar and turn one way into the bedroom and the other way into the bathroom.

I’d love a house just like this amenities wise, just not this big. I could get used to it obviously but it would just be my wife and I living there, absolutely no need for that much house for two people.

Looks like staging. If you can afford an $8m house I’m sure getting new couches/seats in your theater isn’t much of a problem

Need to add a raised platform for the rear row and a popcorn machine. Not hard to do.
