the first three OVAs for You're Under Arrest are absolute perfection. Whenever you see animated backgrounds you know you're working with a studio with dedicated animators. I recommend them.
In the 2-3 years that I've been listening to Future Funk and Citypop as a whole, I always fall back on this one as a turning point in listening to the music this genre has to offer.
