Welcome to the Channel and a How to Video for On the Road.
I've had a few people ask about painting their truck and adding a driver to the vehicle.
In this video I go through painting the truck, customizing the truck with the new items, from the latest update, along with adding a driver and giving them a route.
This video is probably for the people who are new to the game as many of you probably already know how to do all this.
I do make a cock up again, and manage to paint the whole fleet, when I only wanted to do this truck I bought.
I also bought a trailer for this truck, which carries 2 containers.
The next video I'll be planning to try this truck and trailer out.

Hey I playing On PC and I finding thing a up hill struggle tbh i've made my own ATS and ETS truck Skins but this is A whole new kettle of fish omg, thanks for the Vod tho

Sorry for late reply. It has had many issues, going up a hill or slope, been one of them. They are very slow and unreliable when it comes to fixing the game

It works on my series s with truck stopping while spinning can’t see how yours won’t work also I did say about the tacograph on the Scania to fabian on his Community post Few days back
I've tried it again and on a different profile, and it doesn't make a difference for me. Its never worked on my Xbox One or Series X.
I've given up passing anything on to Fabian as I've never had any response and issues mentioned never addressed
I know this an old video but still playing the game, i can't seem to find any answers online or TH-cam about this but in finances screen in inventory it says buildings, can you buy shops or a base for your company? Any answers would be great!
Recently got the game as I'm after a ets 2 style game for console wish they made ets 2 available to every one so far i have been fighting the camera in 3rd person view It seems to go crazy and then zoom far out can never get it where I want not sure if that's just me
Regards to the customize screen I can the right stick on my xbox series s not sure if your games bugged?
My sat nav screen works with the starter box truck as soon as I jump into the 4x2 it completely stops working
I hope they finish to game off properly and add more trucks and content
This is the first time I've had the on screen sat nav not working as far as I can remember.
With the camera control I use slow movement which helps. The zooming in usually happens when at the rear of the vehicle I find.
As for controlling the movement of the truck when on customisation screen the right stick does nothing for me and hasn't since the game came to console.
Didn't work on the Xbox One or the Series X which I'm on now
Appreciate the video, are steering wheels compatible yet? I really like the game but when I got the upgraded game for ps5 steering wheels no longer worked. So I stopped playing it.
I've not seen any update for wheel support yet.
Fabian said it would come shortly after this last update, but who knows how long it will take 🤔
Yes I have the sat nav problem also. I'm on PS4.
It's a new one to me I think.
I've had a mess about since recording this and so far it seems OK.
Though now I've had cars drive head on into each other
You need to reset the truck for the satnav to show up
Did all that before and it made no difference.
I've been on it since recording this video and it seems to be working at the moment.

The gear's in the trucks are automatic.
We don't have the option for manual.
Truck Driver gives you an option, but only 2 trucks if I remember
Can anyone help me my truck in the game is completly struck and i can get it out what do i do
u can zoom and stop it on Xbox series X mate
u need to use the right thumb stick to zoom and move it round
That's what I'm playing on and have never been able to stop and zoom.

Is it possible to customize the enterior?
Last time I played this, you can't customize the interior.

@@WiffySquatch I just tried it when it came out on PS4, and I didn't liked it. But, gameplaywise it's maybe the best trucking game on PlayStation. This new Truck Driver: The American Dream is awful, I played a few hours.
@@SH4D0W2011 I was keeping an eye on that one and feel the amount they are asking was way too high, considering how they messed up with Truck Driver.
They lost alot of support from people I think over that.
The fact they didn't have wheel support from day one was a major put off for me.
I did sort of watch a video they put out after it was released, and from what I heard, from the short bit I watched, they were asking the community for feedback on issues etc.
This to me shows once again, the game wasn't properly tested.
On the Road, pretty much did the same.

On the Road and yes it's on Xbox. Plays much better on the Series X/S
I have the series s and I just saw the video of it looks good but also would be better if it was coop or online
@@stephenmillar4919 They said there are no future plans for online or coop as far as I remember.
Plus we're still waiting for wheel support
