Thanks Sam. yeah it's a long-term project like most of our trees, but it definitely has some potential!

Nice one Tony that turned out a lot better than I thought it would, fair play mate 👍

Cheers Aron. I think it's got a decent future ahead of it.

Nice patient work Tony. You really put interesting movement into the tree. I look forward to watching it develop. Thanks, keep growing

Thanks Matt. I love working on material like this, and it will be interesting to see how long it takes for the new shape to hold on the trunk.

Hi Tony, I really like this video. I have viewed it many times but I keep coming back to watch it again. How is that Austrian pine look like now? Would you make another video in the future to let us see how it is doing and how you would proceed to make it a pre-bonsai and ultimately a bonsai? I guess it will take a long time to have the trunk thickened first, though.

Hi Taidic. I'm really glad you're enjoying my videos.
I recently did an update on this tree.
It's in the video called such a shame bonsai updates
      I hope you enjoy it

Nice bending Tony. You didn't actually mention it in as many words but I feel that the tree looks better with the apex more over the base of the tree and this is the case in many informal uprights unless going for a slanting style. 👍👍

Thanks Guy. I tend to just style trees of my instinct, so it's always nice to hear positive feedback.
