It's a switch path exhaust meaning under certain amount of pressure the valves will automatically open up. It has nothing to do with"can they do something about it" that's just how the exhaust system is built and set up...

Agree, especially because they tuned the Software anyway. I would then also have deleted the softlimiter and the stock valve control to permanently open the valves in dynamic mode...
