    Thanks will be making this to use on one of my daughter birthday cake she spicifically want this type of frosting on her cake. Birthday is Saturday 19th. Thanks alot will let you know how it turn out. One thibg though after the 3min mark you loss me so i guess i will have to keep checking as i go abd if i want it a little mire stiff do i have to add more icing sugar or wipped cream. Thanks in advance.

    • @BrownGirlsKitchen
      @BrownGirlsKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      First of all happy birthday to your daughter. May god bless her always.
      Ok. So if you want stiff frosting just beat little longer. Plz becareful it can be butter sooo fast. So. Just keep besting 30 seconds to see if you like the consistency. Just dont want to make butter as a frosting. Follow mine carefully. This was a stiff frosting. Remember whipped frosting is not tooo stiff. That is the beauty of this. If u want stiff you might need butter frosting instead of whipped. I hope that cleared. Once again good luck and happy birthday to your precious daughter. 🥰🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    • @BrownGirlsKitchen

    • @BrownGirlsKitchen
      @BrownGirlsKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What was chunky?? Not understanding. If you are saying after beating it became chunky. That means your whipped cream became butter. You can’t come from butter. But if you are saying from the beginning it was chunky not sure. Just beat more. But i feel you over beat your whipped cream. Now you have butter.

    • @BrownGirlsKitchen
      @BrownGirlsKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi again. Yes you over beat your whipped cream. Trust me it happens to everyone. Thats why you have to be very careful when you beating. No you can’t fix that. U just have to start from the beginning. Remember to whip the cream cheese first very well. Then add whipped cream and slowly beat. And within few minutes you will have whipped cream. Every 30 sec just stop and see if it is whipped enough. Then u will see. Sorry. U just have to do it all over again. Dont add anything. Hey u can use that butter to other recipes that calls for butter. Don’t throw it away. Thanks.
