You can use clear vanilla extract instead of the carmel colored vanilla. This saves you from adding the whitener at the end. Also at the end of mixing with the whisk, change out to the paddle on slow setting for ten minutes. This will eliminate air bubbles for piping. Thanks for taking the time for posting your video.

Can this recipe be doubled? Looking to cover a two tier cake and some cupcakes. Does this type of buttercream work well for flowers? Usually use stiff American for roses etc
Why do they get small clumps? I followed the steps and the butter was at room temperature and the beaten eggs were at room temperature and solid. I used the hand mixer.
