I tried the one with the gelatin and I should say it's amazingly stable!! when I placed the gelatin mixture it immediately became stiff!! I also tried the cheesecake recipe and it's also stable and delicious! But I prefer the gelatin coz it's much cheaper haha! Now I already have a go-to icing recipe! thanks for sharing! 😊♥️ new subscriber here!

You can also make custard like cream or cook a little bit of starch and add that to the cream. Cooked starch taste much better than uncooked raw starch.
Another better tasting solution is instant pudding mix. Our channel has a video explaining how to do it. We find that it's much better than cornstarch or gelatin.

I tried your method 1 yesterday and it really work. This was the first time I got a very nice stiffed whip cream. I X4 the recipe.
And what about the taste?

Cream cheese won't yeild as much stability as gelatin. Need to try both the milk powder and corn starch methods.

Hi, you can use it straight away. Better keep the cake in the fridge if its too hot and at room temperature few hours before you serve it.

does method 3 make the cream grainy if gelatin cools when poured on the very cold cream and create gelatin grains?
no it's not grainy I've already tried it. just don't let the gelatin become cold as it will solidify and will not blend with the cream
