I don’t have a convection oven so I baked it for 30 min at 375 F. The scones are not brown at all but I don’t want to dry them out. Any suggestions, perhaps brushing the scones with an egg wash or some heavy cream? I used less cream cheese and adjusted the amount of sugar and lemon juice proportionally so one 8oz cream cheese package sufficed. I may further reduce the amount to cut calorie next time.
If you reduce the sugar, it will be less brown. Also, I'm not sure what kind of oven you use, but the oven matters for browning. You can definitely do egg wash for browning. Hope you can nail it next time!
Thank you. I have a regular wall convention oven. Do you put the tray in the middle of the oven or closer to the top for better browning? I only reduced the sugar in the cream cheese.😊

네 스테비아는 설탕과 비율이 같지 않아서 인터넷으로 비율을 보시고 양을 조정하셔야 할 것 같아요! 밀가루양이 많이 들어가는 레시피로 죄다 아몬드 가루로 바꾸시면 식감이나 모양이 달라질 것 같아요. 건식 쌀가루를 쓰시는 것도 하나의 방법인 듯 해요!
