This video is wonderful! I'm a blinger, mostly Converse shoes. I searched for a video on how to bling a Stanley (doing it for my niece) and your video was the best and most helpful! I followed your instructions to a tee and use the same glue. My cup came out perfect! Thank you 😊
Thank you for this detailed video. I’m a beginner and wanted to try a bling Stanley for my niece. I’m not very confident getting the lines so straight but this video will help me a lot. Thank you
Hi there i'm almost done blinging my Stanley I did not check my work last night, big mistake. LOL...I have to use a tiny hammer and screw driver to take off the rhinestones...UGH...I learned always check your work...i'm back on track my cup is coming out so great. TY for your help. Next i'm blinging out the little bear...=)
Lol that's why I always remind you guys to double check your work! But I'm glad you are almost done yay!! 🙌 keep going I'm dropping a giveaway video tomorrow so stay tooned, I'm giving away some blinging goodies!😁
Thank you for this tutorial! Will the lid still fit on normally with the rhinestones on the top chrome part? Also, what is the name of the color of the SS20s?
I LOVE jelly rhinestones! Yes, totally go for it! I actually have some aquamarine jelly rhinestones I have been wanting to use on a Stanley too! I love the effect they have of a rainbow yet original color look! 😍 I recently did a cup with jelly rhinestones. Check it out and see how it looks! --->>> th-cam.com/video/WybOWshl-JY/w-d-xo.html
I love how gorgeous the cup came out!❤ Thanks for being so thorough, it's very easy to follow along. Do you bling the handle at all? If so can you please make a video showing how to do that. Thanks again!
Thank you I'm glad you enjoyed the video.😊 I was actually just thinking about blinging the handle out a few days ago lol I will definitely be doing it soon!
That is beautiful! I have a generic cup. I might do this to my journals and maybe my cup. What is the bling tool called with the rhinestones? Where can I buy it? Thank you for showing how to do this! You explain things very well.
Thank you for your lovely comments! 😊🩷 The bling tool is a regular rhinestone pick up tool I blinged out myself. I bought it at my local hobby lobby here is the link. www.hobbylobby.com/Beads-Jewelry/Crystals-Rhinestones/Crystal-Tools/Crystal-Katana/p/80848617 Hope this helps.
If I have a red Stanley that I want to bling out but I still want to see the color of the tumbler - should I use the clear stones? I mean that seems obvious but I’ve never blinged anything before 😊
Yes you can use the clear rhinestones Or maybe even AB transparent rhinestones( if you like the AB look) If you found a beautiful red that matched your cup you could even use those and the red could still come through Completely up to you Here's a cup I did with pink AB rhinestones ( my cup was pink) and I wanted the cup color to still come through th-cam.com/video/WybOWshl-JY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=DT59nyzbRT3bC95b You can see the color coming through the rhinestones depending how the light hits it. I hope this makes sense and helps!😊🤞
Hi Elle it's a little hack I like to do. I put a tiny bit of glue on the tip of the steel end (e6000) and let it completely dry after it becomes sticky and it helps me pick up the tiny rhinestones that sometimes are hard to pick up with the regular pick up tool tip. Hope this helps!
Sizing is completely up to you! It will still come out beautiful but you are going to have to work harder because it's more placing since the rhinestones are a bit smaller.
I love your cup and a this is a great tutorial! Is there anything specific you have to do to dry it? Like i do i have to leave somewhere specific? Thanks!
Your video is awesome and your cup is beautiful!! If you are using ss20 stones, how many stones does it take to do one complete single row around. I am thinking of doing 3 on one color and 3 of another color and 1 of the third color. I am having trouble getting that figured out so it is even all the way around.
It took me about 3 days to finish it on and off about 6-8 hours. Rhinestones pricing depends on color and size stone you choose avg. ( for ab stone i used) Would say around $25 glue $15 pickup tool $5 stanley $50 again these prices are just an estimate.
Hey sorry for the late response. It used to be sold on Amazon but it has been out of stock for a while It's just a regular pick up too thol I blinged it out myself.
Your cup looks soo pretty!! Where do you get your rhinestones and expoxy? For the tapered part of the cup are starting with the SS20 for the first 2 rows?
I used P220 sandpaper And I used ss20 thru ss3 ( ss20, 16, 12, 10, 6, 3 pretty much a few of each size rhinestones) Highly recommend you buy a mix pack for the smaller sizes to save money and because you never know what size you may need for your gaps! Since these are blinged out by hand every cup can be a little different so it's always better to have the extra sizes in hand also, hope this makes sense.
Ab rhinestones are the rhinestones I'm using to bling out the cup. AB rhinestones tend to have a rainbow shine to them regardless the color. these are crystal color with a AB tone hope this makes sense.

With bobs epoxy did you have any issues with the stones moving once you placed them before it set? How long did you wait between small working sections before you turned the cup? If you did have to wait at all 😅 I’ve used the Krystal glaze adhesive but I’m hoping to be able to work in bigger sections than I can with it. I really thing the slower setting epoxy will be my jam!
They do move a bit because the epoxy is fresh but I always go back and check and replace if I have too I usually don't have to wait to work on another section because the epoxy is pretty much in place by that time I always double check my work before moving on to another section tho. I hope this makes sense lol N yes I definitely love Bob Smith highly recommend!
Awesome!! Yes totally makes sense 😂🫶🏼🫶🏼 thank you so much for responding! I’m gonna try that epoxy on my next Stanley cuz I really would like to comfortably work in sections the size you did vs these small ones I’ve been doing. lol you da best! Hope you have a wonderful weekend!!! ♥️

Get some nail nippers to take off rhinestones for next time 😊

How many rhinestones did you use of the ss20? Looks great
I used 2 packs of rhinestones (1440 pcs each of SS20) and I used almost all the 2nd pack so around 2880 of the size SS20.

Thank you! 😊 I buy them on Amazon.com and I used 2 packs of the ss20 (1440 pcs each) and one of mixed rhinestones.

Hi! What’s the pen called and what kind of glue is best
Hi! 👋 the pen is called a rhinestone
pick up tool
For Stanley's I like to use Bob Smith epoxy 30 min cure amzn.to/4c63Z6U
I love your cup and a this is a great tutorial! Is there anything specific you have to do to dry it? Like i do i have to leave somewhere specific? Thanks!
Thank you! And no, you just let it dry by itself it's a 30 minute dry time(cure) just keep an eye on your rhinestones so the don't slip while curing.
Beautiful❤where is your hand tool from?..did u bling it or did it come tat way

@@lavidawithkim Thank you so much!!
Im now learning about rhinestones, did you say the ss20 was too small but the ss16 were bigger? So the smaller the size, the larger the rhinestone?
@olivialiverpool4784 hi no sorry for the confusion. The bigger the number the bigger the rhinestone, so ss20 is bigger than ss16.
@@lavidawithkim Ohk, thank you so much for clarifying.
Hi! Do you spray it with anything after? Like for the rhinestones to stay longer?:)
Hi, no I don't the epoxy is strong enough to hold the rhinestones 😊
You can’t use a rhinestone glue ? Does it have to be epoxy
Yes you can use other rhinestones glues
Are these cups dishwasher safe with the rhinestones. I’m so sorry but I have to ask, are you saying Rymestones?
Hi kelly sadly no they are not dishwasher safe and don't put them in the microwave either.
Lol don't be sorry I probably am. I get that a lot 😊💖
