Backyard Roller Coaster BYRCV 10 - Forming PVC Pipe With Hot Sand

This video describes the method I developed for forming grey PVC electrical conduit pipe using hot sand. I used 1-1/2 inch diameter grey schedule 40 electrical conduit, with the bell on the end cut off.
I never use white plumbing PVC, out of fracture toughness concerns after exposure to sunlight UV radiation.
