1) They're always right, just ask one.
2) If they're wrong, the courts will deem them right anyway.
3) If the courts deem them wrong, they'll excuse their behavior because no one can know every nuance of every law.
4) It's impossible to win an argument with someone who has no argument himself.

My town had a cop killed in the line of duty. In the past I would be saddened by that. Today I just assume they were a bad cop, and move on with my day.

Even if he had been asked to leave when the police came and told him to leave, he's still saying, "Okay, I want to leave. Let me go."

Also, they say "This would be easier for you if you just give us your identifying information, answer our questions, submit to a tox screen, give us your fingerprints, let us get a DNA swab, etc." but the truth is actually it'll be easier for them if you cooperate and surrender all your rights and privacy. After hundreds of lawsuits that have been won for cops forcing ID with no crime would it not seem prudent to teach each and every cop when ID must be provided AND what reasonable articuable suspicion is ! Also that you must allow a person the opportunity to leave when tresspassed Without providing ID ! These two situations make up the bulk of lawsuits against cops yet they still can not get their act together ! A little training would save local governments millions of dollars a year of Our tax money !

Luckily, in my city, all the dumpsters are considered public. You can dump in any dumpster that is brown. It’s paid for by our taxes and it doesn’t have to be the one in your alley. It can be any dumpster in any alley. Now the blue or other color ones are private that is illegal, so heads up to anybody in Lubbock TX if you’re reading this, that’s the law
