Profit margins for small cars are thus lower, especially for niche ones like sports cars and hot hatches, even though the market has proven that whenever automakers do build such things (cough GR Corolla cough) there is a rabid appetite for it so long as there aren't dealer markups. I can fully believe Mazda genuinely wants to build the same types of cars they used to, but doing so now is a HUGE financial risk for a small company such as them. From literally throwing the turbo motor in without any adjustments to the SUV tune other than lowering power limits, to the same tires, wheels and brakes that was barely adequate in the non turbo AWD, to pathetic stock battery, to not giving the turbo IRS unlike VW and the Jetta, to having a beautiful interior with the cheapest crappy hard lower plastics, to not even a plain strut tower bar after adding 100 lbs to the nose of the car never designed for it, to the seat belt chime that sounds like the end of the world for how daring even start your best without the seatbelt on, I could go in and on, oh, a bunch of stupid crap on the Plus model but no rear view mirror cam to offset the poor HB rear visibility. I addressed every one of those things except the seatbelt chime and lack of IRS and I'm still gonna get rid of it... Funny enough, I'd consider a CX-5 turbo if I was in the market for a small SUV as it gets all the attention to detail as their best seller, twin scroll turbo with a touch more power, rear seat vents/chargers, IRS, etc. Unfortunately people don't buy cars any more so if they haven't already dropped small cars completely already, they have no incentive to put out anything proper for enthusiasts. So yeah, while the tune and my mods have made the car fun now, the trans cripples us from having good acceleration times like 0-60 and 1/4 mile while also limiting freeway mileage. Full disclosure, I do like to charge cars frequently anyway but after all I spent it still is an SUV engine at heart in a car without IRS and a performance rubbing trans.

@@DanielBrownOre yes I have the Corksport ones with the swift spring upgrade. Honestly I should have gone with lowering springs. It’s a lot cheaper and feels 10x more comfortable. It isn’t worth it if you’re not taking it to the track.
I have a final-gen N/A Mazda6 Auto and that thing feels way more engaging and fun than it should. They at least care a little bit how the car handles, even in a FWD family sedan. Praying for either a new RWD Mazda6 or the RX-9 soon.
I have a 99 protege and it's definitely a full economy car. That being said it reminds me of my Miata with how it handles. It's like Mazda goes "we need to develop suspension for this car, mignt as well make it sporty" and that's what I love about them lol
Current Mazdas are part of the best looking cars in today’s car market! My favorites are the MX-5 (especially the RF), the 3 sedan and the CX-5. Their "Soul Red Crystal" color is gorgeous! Really nice cars!
Its hard cause as a big mazda fan, i love what they did with their cars of the past and I love the ND miata and is my dream car which im blessed to own one. But it kills me seeing their sports car history shrunk down to only the miata at this point. I want to believe that they are going into the sports car segment but every announcement is another SUV and every sports car tease is just an “if” I love the miata but if they made a sports car to rival the Supra/Z thatd probably end up being my new dream car. Id like to think that the reason they continue to push SUVs is because, like porsche and every other sports car automaker, they need the profit from SUVs to fund their performance car segment. I honestly want to believe that with their extremely successful CX-5 and successes of the other SUVs that they are finally at the point where they can start branching into making fun cars again.
I love my manual 4th gen Mazda3 hatch. It's beautiful, fun, and a great daily driver. Its not the best if you care about HP (but it still isnt BAD plus it being a manual just drop a gear and zoom off, and the power is at a good mid rpm so you can drive it hard if you want to but otherwise you can shift nice and smooth / relaxed for just cruising). It's very fun and underrated. I also own a 1990 Miata, but overall spend more time in the Mazda3.
I have a NA 2.0l manual third gen Mazda 6 pre face lift and for the size of it it handles so well, its a joy to drive, even if its back roads or motorway. Even being that old it feels like somewhat of a luxury sedan the interior even being old feels modern enough and comfortable, everything inside feels well built and not cheap. Kills me to see the 6 being killed slowly like they stopped manufacturing in Japan last month, there is still some copium in me that tells me they will make a RWD one but a man can only dream. since the 3 and the 6 share so many things, imagine if the 3 would also turn into a RWD version? It would be the ultimate daily hatchback fun car. I don't mind the SUV's if they pay for some other fun cars that don't sell that much. Just don't let the original Mazda spirit die please...
I think the issue is Mazda is small as an automotive company, maybe too small to take the large risks. In regards to Mitsubishi I think as automotive enthusiasts its easy to forget what Mitsubishi really is, its not really known for just its cars, Mitsubishi makes trucks, a lot of them, air-conditioning units, heck Mitsubishi makes warships like the JMSDF's destroyers and the F-2, which is a larger F-16, I mean I would argue there are more famous things that Mitsubishi has made that are more famous than the Evo, and its the A6M Zero.
I'm disappointed in losing iconic / rich history brands such as TRD and Mazdaspeed. Using Toyota as an example (am a Toyota guy :p): If I ever buy a "GR" sportscar, I'm removing the GR badges, I really don't like the "Gazoo" branding. I understand it has meaning in Japan, but for all of us who own / love Supra's / MR2's / Celica's, we have a connection with Toyota Racing Development / Toyota Technocraft. I'm sure the Mazda guys passionately love Mazdaspeed, as with Nissan & Nismo, etc, etc. Why lose that?
I have owned 4 Mazda's since I started driving. My first is a 93 RX7. I am a loyal Mazda and Rotary customer. I am eagerly waiting for my chance at another iteration of a sports car coupe from Mazda that can keep my FD company.
Mazada is like the Japanese Alfa Romeo its that car company that you just can't help but root for it yeah its surrounded by bigger brands but man i would buy a Mazada before any other Japanese company
Just recently bought a fully built mazdaspeed 6 with a 2.5 block. Love the car its tons of fun but limited on power by direct injection. Theres no plug and play stand alone ecu that adds port injection so your limited to 350whp or so unless you spend over $10k just to get around this fuel issue not including what you put into your engine.
Wish there was more aftermarket support for Mazdas k engine lineup they’re such nice sounding little v6’s that are begging for more oomph in a rwd or awd car 🥺
Im actually bullish ok Mazda. Im hoping they make the long rumored RWD Mazda 6 with the new inline 6 and a future rx9 with rotary! They are also one of the few companies that hasnt switch to CVTs
I daily a '13 Speed 3. I think Mazda made an almost perfect replacement when they released the AWD turbo 3 a few years ago. Just give it a manual and I'd probably jump on one in a heartbeat.
The trust issues are warranted. Mazda is a small company with not a lot of development capital. Making a flashy concept car is great, but the Mazda Vision has been only that for years at this point...just a concept coupled with aspirational hype. The Mazda RX7 was a long time ago and the RX8 wasnt a great car. The Miata is a great vehicle - but hybridization / electrification present a lot of challenges in a traditionally small and light form factor.
It pains me to see Mazda going down this path. I've owned several miatas, a cx5, and currently own a cx9 and a manual Mazda 5. I whole-heartedly love this brand and pray that they listen to what their consumers want.
@Kev27RS true, but not been giving the enthusiasts what they want. I worry they'll go the way of Mitsubishi, and end up as a husk of what they once were.
@@seanmcmanus4243 They’re still selling the MX-5 (the RF is gorgeous). Brilliant car! The 3 (both versions) is great as well, especially in Top trim with Turbo and AWD. Let’s hope that they bring out something even more sporty, like a new RX model! I don’t think that Mazda will go down as bad as Mitsubishi has…
Case in point, when I needed a "practical" car in college, I got a Mazda6. I knew it wasn't a Miata, but it was the closest I could reasonably get, and it was still a great car compared to similar options. They don't need to make a ton of sports cars, they just need to make enough to convince people the CX-5 drives better than a Rav4.
Ain’t nobody buying a CX-50 or CX-90 because of Miatas or Mazdaspeed 😂 If I asked the average Mazda consumer what Mazdaspeed is they’d 🤷 and ask if that’s some kind of drug. The people buying them are in the market for a nice, affordable alternative to a BMW X3 or X5.
I’ve got a few coworkers with young families with Mazda SUVs. All of them have absolutely no idea what Mazda Speed is 😂😂 Maybe the miata but that’s not why they got their suv
Personally, I don't foresee another affordable sports car offering from Mazda. Even the MX-5 is only sort of affordable and even then, it has very limited utility. If anything, I think any new sports car will be a low-volume, very high performance hybrid, possibly with a rotary engine. With Mazda currently selling cars very well, I think what they will want soon is a halo car in their line-up. An RX-9 would fit that bill. But it'll be expensive. GT-R money I bet.
True and they are not even getting bad review by press or customers or even last in their space nore are in it just to win it all and own them shelves unlike most automakers. Like Mazda we worry about because we love it even if it's doing just fine.
Honestly, I'd be OK seeing a Compound Turboed Incline 3, a la Toyota, front engined midship, Coupe, something that basically is an RX-7 but without a rotary. I'd even take a small engined hybrid if I'm being honest, just so long as it had that sort of handling, that odd power delivery, and didn't cost a kidney, a lung and one of your arms to buy.
I've always wondered why they don't base more cars off the Miata that widens it's appeal. A (different named) Miata based Hatch or something, make it AWD and it's a killer daily, maybe with a higher torque/HP engine or FI trim...
With Mazda now being majority owned by Toyota with Toyota resurrecting old names like the 86 and the supra and hopefully also mr2 and celica coming back based off the teasers I’m betting Mazdas gonna have a halo car soon especially with thier focus on the power of thier cars
Idk I love Mazda. I want them to bring back the fun cars but what they are doing right now is establishing money makers to bring us more fun cars. Hopefully. They are more successful than ever and I want them to win. One of the best companies in existence
Love my 2022 CX-30 CE & it has been a trouble-free 2 years thus far (unlike my crappy TNGA 2020 Toyota that I had for 2 years), but I do wish they would go with an ICE engine design that used both port & direct injection, instead of just carbon-sludge prone 100% direct injection engines like most automakers go with these days.
Mazda just killed the 6 in the US and introduced more SUVs with hybrid drivetrains and a new smooth quiet turbo inline-6 just like, you guessed it, BMW’s I6. I think we all know the direction Mazda has been going and will continue to go. The Miata has been regulated to niche, halo product that doesn’t make them any real profit.
I have a 4th gen manual Mazda3 with the red leather and I love it, still not sick of it after nearly a year of ownership. Very fun, smooth, looks amazing, and the experience in the cabin listening to music and cruising makes it wonderful for daily driving. outside looks great with the smooth curves in the sun, sunset, street lights, etc. I love the interior and exterior so much, it really is a beautiful car. Also super comfy. went on a 500 mile trip and butt did not hurt (also did it on one entire tank of gas driving really fast one way with about 35mpg and then more fuel conserving the other way at about 45mpg. you can get really good MPG with the manual if you want to. for slightly more sporty driving revving to 4/5k rpm before shifting I get about 26mpg minimum in the city or 30ish mpg in city for casual calm driving). It isn't impressive with HP, but overall, this car was made to be a wonderful daily driver, not a sports car, and I think it excels at it. a lot fo the power is in the mid rpm range, so you can keep rpms low for chill driving and then rev up or drop a gear when you want to .
I purchased a '22 premium trim manual and it's an absolute joy to drive. With aftermarket wheels, painted gloss black roof, tinted windows and couple other mods it's one of my favourite cars despite being one of the cheapest. As good of an option as the golf is, I wholeheartedly believe Mazda is a step above in terms of driving dynamic and subjectively looks. I've gotten more compliments on this hatch than I have on my 981s or 430 scud
Polymetal gray, which is a bluish gray with metal flake sparkles in it. the color looks different in different lighting conditions. in sunshine the paint looks VERY bluish gray, but in lower light in looks like a much darker gray without as much blue. The interior red leather is more of a wine red or maroon red @@Kev27RS
Rotary technology for the new RX sportscar can mean two things, either a normal rotary engine layout, but that will have horrible fuel economy and engine life. The other option is a REV layout like the MX-30, probably with 2 rotors instead of one. I'm not sure that will sell much either. The MX-30 REV is not a major sales hit. It seems that Mazda has hit a dead end with it. They might be able to set up a collaboration with Toyota, selling REV versions of the new EVs that Toyota is planning to introduce in the coming years, but I don't think that will provide much volume for Mazda. The SkyActive-X doesn't seem to go anywhere either. It's sad to see that the brand that seems to be the most innovative in engine design doesn't seem to have much success.
I don't even care anymore if they make something worth replacing my Speed6, an Inline-6 Mazda 6 would be cool but current regulations won't allow it to be a better drivers car anyway and I prefer not having an iPad attached to my dashboard.
I've owned every generation of RX and the first generation Mazda 6. But I switched to Toyota after the RX disappeared, and I won't be back until the RX returns. If ever.
Mazda almost does the subaru thing better than subaru but on a smaller scale. You buy them cause you know they are mostly well built. Mostly reliable and offer more fun per steering wheel than the other line of manufacturers. Yes Toyota makes fun cars and Honda makes fun cars. But at one point the entire line up mazdas was fun. The entire line. The original cx5 was a moniker for what small suv should or could be. Still is today's. The cx90 and x70 now.. Ehhhhhg but we have hope... We have to. 😢 Toyota isn't gonna do it
“Every brand needs SUVs” that’s the most sacrilegious crap I’ve ever heard. The government wants us to have SUV’s. We need to petition to change the CAFE standards so that it becomes cheaper for companies to make smaller cars.
Mazda needs to get their act together on the enthusiast platform. They have a wonderful legacy from the 70s to the 2000s, so it blows my mind that they still refuse to capitalize on that. They need to make a new RX7 or whatever it will be called, but they need to do it RIGHT. Allowing Ford to tell them what they can and can’t do on the RX8 is why it failed. They can’t let Toyota do that on the next one. The closest thing we’ve gotten is the top trim Mazda3. That’s it. They obviously have the ability, but they refuse.
Another dreamer. "Capitalize on that"? On what exactly? On people smashing millions of comments about enthusiast cars, yet buying no of new cars for enthusiasts? The sports car market is dead. Unless you wish to pay Porsche money for new RX-7 and you convince hundreds of people, it ain't gonna happen.
One thing that a lot of people forget are the number of economic slumps that affected Japan (early-90's asset price bubble burst, 1997 Asian financial crisis, 2007-2008 global financial crisis, among others). Those contributed to the decline of the Japanese sports cars (the third crisis forced Honda to cancel the road-going version of the HSV-010 race car, for one).
Its almost like majority of people cant afford a 30-40 thousand new sports car when they cant even make 50k a year without killing themselves so they drive what they have until it breaks.
***Correction**** Toyota doesn’t own mazda or a majority stake either, they only have a 5% stake in the company i wish ya’ll TH-camrs can at least get that fact correct. Toyota does not contribute or has nothing to do with mazda reliability, Mazda doesn’t share a drivetrain with Toyota (except for the rebadged mazda2/yaris and their hybrid system)
Did not watch the YT just read the YT title. Mazdaspeed ended in 2013. Mazdaspeed is now MSR(Mazda Spirit Racing). Hopefully this Mazda MSR brand will satisfy the American hunger for Small Roadsters with V8 size HP. Or hopefully someone in the states rips out the GR Corolla (AWD 3 cylinder turbo) and swap to a Miata (anyone: NA NB NC ND). So far the only car manufacturer that has hit the nail so to speak is Tesla with their Model S Plaid. Americans has always been addicted to speed. Americans have the best Highways compared to most places. Only the Deutschland Autobhan is second to none, unfortunately, their no speed limit regs is only allowed in some areas of Deutschland (Germany). Americans need to make our own Nurburgring (Green Hell). So American car manufacturers can create better cars the go fast not just in a straight line however in apexes in all racing lines too.
MAZDA marketed their AWD M3 Sedan prematurely. They should have reintroduced the MAZDA SPEED to the (US MARKET) before this, because that is what WE want! But, MAZDA does still make absolutely SEXY Sedans... P.S. Mazda was the reason that I bought myself a 2020 Toyota Yaris Sedan L (manual transmission) for modification, and a 2020 Yaris LE Sedan for daily driving, because of the MAZDA2 Interior layout.
as cool as it looks, the iconic sp is lame. hear me out because i know calling a rotary lame is gonna get a lot of hate. that iconic sp is using the same type of hybrid system as the MX-30 REV, except with one extra rotor, and look how that turned out for the MX-30 REV. It got pulled from the market because no one bought it. Thats because its a series hybrid, which basically means its an ev with a built in gas generator. Thats exactly what the iconic sp is, an ev with a two rotor generator, and they are calling it a sports car. I would accept it as a sports car if it was a parallel hybrid like every other hybrid on the market, where the gas engine and electric motor work together and it gives you a big increase in power as well. thaats why this concept is lame, its not getting the hp benefits of both engines
My hopes and dreams live by Mazda, and subsequently, my hope and dreams die when Mazda goes bankrupt (or gets bought up by GM (same thing); R.I.P. SAAB)..! 🙏
Other than the niche Miata, Mazda does not invest in cars at all anymore because sales suck and not big enough company to do the Porsche thing. I tried to make a Mazda 3 AWD turbo work for me but but very long story short it's too cost cut for what you get because despite a decent aftermarket now, there are major things that can't be upgraded and limit it (transmission and rear suspension). Bigger turbos with more car like instead of SUV tunes are here, and maybe the transmission is entirely able to be tuned but doesn't look like there is enough enthusiast market for that to happen and mileage will still drop like a rock past 70 because the gearing is too low for only 6 gears, so sucks for long 75mph+ road trips. However, they do make a few nice SUV's for sure, I would certainly consider a CX-5 turbo, which doesn't have most of the bad things of the 3 because Mazda addressed them with the most attention to detail as their big seller, but I'm still hoping for one last updated ICE trans from them. So yeah, I may be disappointed in my current Mazda but they have some excellent SUV models, but unless the sales of those AND their cars can stay pretty high, I don't see them pulling a Porsche and having money to subsidize a low selling car.
I wish you vloggers and bloggers would state the business problems these small manufacturers y'all love to #### on, cause they are small fry in a pond of killer whales and whale sharks. Oh, and Tesla deals in futures, they tell you what's coming around the corner, and it doesn't show up till 3 to 5 years later, but they get that investment money though 🤷🏾♀️ Mitsu, Sub, Mazda, small fry, they need to make profits first on there way to a new space in the American market. Mazda is playing on sports lux, so till you tell me the quality and reliability is trash, I'm ok with Mazda's new direction, and the quality is very good.
1. Their production numbers are lower than nearly every other automaker because unlike everyone else, they aren't owned/run by a conglomerate that prioritizes profits over quality. 2. They're consistently in the top 3 most reliable manufacturers ratings and even dethroned Toyota for a couple years. 3. Wherever you live obviously sucks and isn't worth driving a Mazda to.

Yeah, the CX-5 is pretty successful and a beautiful car!
The "Iconic SP" might become reality if Mazda continues like that! 👍
Just pray the SP actually has true rotary-to-wheel propulsion when it goes into production, otherwise it’s just for show as a range extender.
Here I am as a Focus ST just happy ford did a decent job with the hot hatch and they went right back to making their mustangs lol
Blame the customers. They weren't selling well enough. And people want mustangs
I appreciate all of the footage you always use from the Australian scene.
Love being a Speed3/MPS owner, hearing the name being said and saying "can confirm" 😆
I think it’s funny that I got an ad for the cx-90 at the beginning of this video
Go premium. Won't have to worry about it.
The Mazda SUV ad I got at the end of the video killed me 😂😂😂
Lol the mazda actually looks good compared to the subuaru
Current Mazdas actually look good compared to a lot of other cars out there… 😉
I really liked the different pace you had in this video
I think the issue is Mazda is small as an automotive company, maybe too small to take the large risks. In regards to Mitsubishi I think as automotive enthusiasts its easy to forget what Mitsubishi really is, its not really known for just its cars, Mitsubishi makes trucks, a lot of them, air-conditioning units, heck Mitsubishi makes warships like the JMSDF's destroyers and the F-2, which is a larger F-16, I mean I would argue there are more famous things that Mitsubishi has made that are more famous than the Evo, and its the A6M Zero.
I own a RX8 a 5 speed Mazda 3 and soon a Speed3/6 (not sure yet) and they've EASILY been the most fun cars I've ever owned! MAZDA GANG HOOHAA
I agree!
On the topic of Mitsubishi, they have a page dedicated on their website to saying the Lancer Evo is never EVER coming back.
Some classic Mazda's will always be sick machines 🔥🔥
Just recently bought a fully built mazdaspeed 6 with a 2.5 block. Love the car its tons of fun but limited on power by direct injection. Theres no plug and play stand alone ecu that adds port injection so your limited to 350whp or so unless you spend over $10k just to get around this fuel issue not including what you put into your engine.
Its a shame we'll never see that iconic sp go into production.
Wish there was more aftermarket support for Mazdas k engine lineup they’re such nice sounding little v6’s that are begging for more oomph in a rwd or awd car 🥺
Anyone have info to that 3 Hatch build at 3:53? That thing is so clean.

I got the 2022 turbo 3 and it does its job well so I'm excited for the zoom zoom models
Had a speed 6, loved this car, i wish they would bring it back. But if i remember correctly the Mazda 6 will be gone in 2024😢
Im actually bullish ok Mazda. Im hoping they make the long rumored RWD Mazda 6 with the new inline 6 and a future rx9 with rotary! They are also one of the few companies that hasnt switch to CVTs
dont ever stop the runescape puns please
I daily a '13 Speed 3. I think Mazda made an almost perfect replacement when they released the AWD turbo 3 a few years ago. Just give it a manual and I'd probably jump on one in a heartbeat.
I would get a spirited 3 in a heartbeat I love my Mazda 3 man such a fun car
The trust issues are warranted. Mazda is a small company with not a lot of development capital. Making a flashy concept car is great, but the Mazda Vision has been only that for years at this point...just a concept coupled with aspirational hype. The Mazda RX7 was a long time ago and the RX8 wasnt a great car. The Miata is a great vehicle - but hybridization / electrification present a lot of challenges in a traditionally small and light form factor.
Let's Go Alex Me Boy!!! (Gnarliest Pirate Accent)
💯💪🏽💯
It pains me to see Mazda going down this path. I've owned several miatas, a cx5, and currently own a cx9 and a manual Mazda 5. I whole-heartedly love this brand and pray that they listen to what their consumers want.
What do you mean with "going down this path"?
Mazda has been pretty successful regarding sales in the last few years, no?
@Kev27RS true, but not been giving the enthusiasts what they want. I worry they'll go the way of Mitsubishi, and end up as a husk of what they once were.
@@seanmcmanus4243
They’re still selling the MX-5 (the RF is gorgeous).
Brilliant car!
The 3 (both versions) is great as well, especially in Top trim with Turbo and AWD.
Let’s hope that they bring out something even more sporty, like a new RX model!
I don’t think that Mazda will go down as bad as Mitsubishi has…
@Kev27RS also true! I just very much hope that the Spirit of Racing models come to production. Or atleast make the 3 with manual turbo and AWD :P
@@seanmcmanus4243 I hope that as well! 😁
The legacy of the Miata and the Mazdaspeed brand is still enough to sell a buttload of CX-50s and CX-90s. Why should they care about anything else 🥹
@@chainringcalf I'm convinced their current customer base hasn't ever heard of Mazdaspeed and just wants a reliable crossover that isn't butt-ugly.
@@Success.mp4 Exactly
Bought a cx50. Most fun and torque car I owned. Pricey but a blast to drive
Only a car company can list a profit of 26 Billion and be seen as doing poorly
True and they are not even getting bad review by press or customers or even last in their space nore are in it just to win it all and own them shelves unlike most automakers. Like Mazda we worry about because we love it even if it's doing just fine.
Profit and sales are not the same thing. 😕
A (different named) Miata based Hatch or something, make it AWD and it's a killer daily, maybe with a higher torque/HP engine or FI trim...
awd manual mazda 3 is pretty fun.
Mazda’s definitely putting their enthusiasts in the friend zone.
With Mazda now being majority owned by Toyota with Toyota resurrecting old names like the 86 and the supra and hopefully also mr2 and celica coming back based off the teasers I’m betting Mazdas gonna have a halo car soon especially with thier focus on the power of thier cars
Yeah, the Iconic SP might become a production model!
I hope it does!
Hear me out. Let’s defund the epa.
Idk I love Mazda. I want them to bring back the fun cars but what they are doing right now is establishing money makers to bring us more fun cars. Hopefully.
They are more successful than ever and I want them to win.
One of the best companies in existence
Mazda 3 and turbo is pretty good they almost had the formula to get an enthusiast car but they seem to be afraid to make a fun car idk why.
If they don’t take the 6 cylinder turbo from the CX-90 and drop it into a sporty 2-door coupe
Cross shopping cars and its between the Mazda 3 hatch manual and 380 GTI base. The mazda interior and style is definitely pulling me to their side.
Plus the Mazda 3 has a chance of still being reliable and economical to repair after 200k miles, unlike any VAG product ;)
@@autofigure00 Red interior?
Sexy! 🤩
What color is it on the exterior?
I wish Mazda would make a 270 hp miata. Hopefully with the Supra and Z out, other manufacturers might see the potential in reviving old sports cars.
My Mazdaspeed 6 exploded. My Miata runs. Your choice western man.
The Mazda Speed6 was the cheapest Rice Muscle car I wish they would get off of the fuel efficiency Compliance focus and bring back that Car
I don't even care anymore if they make something worth replacing my Speed6, an Inline-6 Mazda 6 would be cool but current regulations won't allow it to be a better drivers car anyway and I prefer not having an iPad attached to my dashboard.
i didn't know alex plays runescape :o

True!
Back in the mid 90s.
The Cayenne was a big part of it too in the early 2000s.
I'm a huge Mazda fan but they lost me with all the SUVs. I got a 2017 6 and I'm going to keep it for as long as I can
The SUVs aren’t bad though.
Nice looking cars!
Especially the CX-5!
I've owned every generation of RX and the first generation Mazda 6. But I switched to Toyota after the RX disappeared, and I won't be back until the RX returns. If ever.
All i gotta say is i love my na 2021 mazda 3
I like the new Mazda3s :(
A lot of people do! 😉
Beautiful model, especially the sedan version!
We have to. 😢 Toyota isn't gonna do it
Mazda doesn't make body on frame SUVs, they make unibody CUVs.
I’ve owned two cars both which being Mazdas I hope when my 6 finally breaths its last breath Mazda has a cool sedan still
“Every brand needs SUVs” that’s the most sacrilegious crap I’ve ever heard. The government wants us to have SUV’s. We need to petition to change the CAFE standards so that it becomes cheaper for companies to make smaller cars.
This. CAFE is why automakers make SUVs, it’s harsher on sedans and smaller cars. Otherwise, we can be Europe and have sensible wagons everywhere.
All I gotta say is in one of those last shots, homeboy had a CARBON engine cover. Like why, why not just take it off and make the rest look good?
I was horrified to see zoom-zoom killed off from US commercials
What is this channel, where did fitment industries go?
Im holding my breathe for the Rx 9
I finally bought my first Mazda. B3000 🤣

Good news: Mazda's engineers want to take back RWD for more cars than the Miata to have more of an identity.
Bad news: Executives...
Its almost like majority of people cant afford a 30-40 thousand new sports car when they cant even make 50k a year without killing themselves so they drive what they have until it breaks.
They need to remake the 4x4 MPV
Everyone leaves out the mazdaspeed protege 😢😢
soccer mums buying too many crossovers and suvs. now manufacturers just want to keep making more of them :(
aha we all know that wasnt filmed in mexico
Mazda make's the cx karen taxi.🤷 Mazda DOOM DOOM😂

The answer is Always miata Alex
Mazda is the ex that keeps coming back and always looks pretty but is just as toxic as it was before…. I love Mazda ❤
Bashing a car brand for 90 percent of time and at the end complimenting it like being one of the best od the best is so you tube blogger..lol

Tf you talking about? Mazda’s are extremely reliable 😂
