Hi Anesha Alexis, it is possible but you may add little bit milk/water into the dough. If you don't mind please scroll down in the comments about egg substitute I have shared. Thank you :)
I made this last night for supper, with chicken soup...my kids, who hated garlic bread, wants me to make this 3 times a week😱😱what a winner recipe!!! Thanks so much it was 100% absolutely amazingly delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤
I tried this recipe today and it came out great. The bread was soft and mouthwatering. My family and I are loving this bread way from the Bahamas 🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸
I made it today and it turned out really good eventhough I used selfraising flour, because I didn't have plain flour. Also, I swapped the green onions for thym and parsely. All other ingredients I used the same quantities. It's delicious! Very soft and light! Great recipe. Will definately make it again!
Hi Ninik, I made your beautiful garlic flower bread, we had it with an Asian soup. It certainly was the talking point at the dinner table.Thank you, your Recipes are easy to make and successful. Kath from downunder. X
I tried this recipe and it came out perfect on the first try. I did have to add extra milk and I also substituted the green onion for parsley and added cheese into the butter paste. It was perfect! My family enjoyed it very much.
Yes same.. I also had to use more milk... I first I was wondering if I measured my flour wrong... Thanks to you I realised I'm not the only one having to add milk... And yes it came out great..
I've been watching all your "How to Cook/Bake Videos" and i am soo grateful & really appreciate them coz you made them looked so easy and uncomplicated to follow, it's all because you let your hands do the talking. Years ago I worked in a supermarket deli. Right next to it was the in store bakery. On the mornings I would open the baker had been their an hour already and the store smelled like bread. Probably one of the best smells in life. I bet your house always smells like that!
All your recipes are so well-illustrated, and the description is so detailed, someone like me who started baking breads only a couple of months ago can follow your recipes and bake perfectly. I have forwarded your channel to my friend who loves making bread too
Mita Majumdar, thanks very much for the positive review. well, you have baking talent without knowing it lol...I truly appreciate you forwarded my channel to your friend. Awesome!
Thank you so much for sharing with us this incredible recipe. I tried it yesterday...with a few modifications. It was fantastic. I plan to use the dough recipe for many more projects. Thank you again.
Thanks a lot for sharing the flower garlic bread recipe . I tried it and came out just like the picture and really delicious. Thank you. Look forward to your new tryouts.
Great idea to use an inverted pie pan. Many thanks for the idea. Your culinary channel is one of the best. Wonderful videos. I wish you a million subscribers!
Loved this recipe. Made it last night and it came out really good. I just needed to more than 1 cup of milk to get the consistency right. Other than that this recipe and you are amazing. I wish I could post a picture.
Thank you. If you need more than 1 cup of milk, maybe the measuring cup is different size or maybe you used too much flour. You can share your picture on my Facebook: facebook.com/ThinkBigEatOften
thank you for sharing. I just made it for dinner n it was so good. I was a little hesitant to make this bc I've never use yeast into dry ingredient. but I try it out it was delicious.
Hi ninik me Rubina from Mauritius I made peach buns today and it turn out so good thank you so much u r my Guru,,,,u made my baking so easy ,,,,,you are so generous....A big Thanks...take care,,,,
Hi Ninik I'm Rubina from Mauritius, I'm using my husband's mail address ... I'm good,,,hope u r doing well. Today I made chocolate pull apart bread it's a success now since I've made it four times ... I very grateful to you because of you I'm improving in my bakery ,,,a huge Thank you for all,,,,May God keep u well always....
Hello Rubina, oh I see, sorry to mistaken the name. Thank you very much for trying my recipes, wow you made it 4 times? Awesome! So glad to hear about your baking skill. Most welcome, may God keep us all well.
Heyy.. i had a question.. u mentioned in the description that this dough is not suitable for cold fermentation..can you tell me the reason behind this and clarify how one can know when to overnight ferment the dough and when not to? Also when u bake u keep the both rods on or just the bottom one?... just curious..🤓🤓
Hey..+Nidaa, thanks for your questions. For this recipe I used milk and egg which is different with a classic no-knead dough. That's why I recommended to bake in the same day. When baking a bread I always use both heat, upper and lower heat.
Lovely to share what we love, and that I can learn from someone as sweet as you. XXX Happy New Year baking. All the VERY BEST OF EVERYTHING for 2017. Hear Blessings to you,and yours.
Ninik- you are amazing at Baking I love cooking- but was always skeptical at baking U made it look easy to follow Thanks A request, can you please make a video on whole wheat bread recipe (as its a healthier alternative I can make it often for my family) Love from India 🇮🇳
Hey ninik again my comment about garlic bread... This tym i bake with 2 cup of wholeweat flour and half cup of all purpose flour with 1 tablespoon milk powder.. And it worksss it also gave soft bread 😊😊😊
Cool, ;),, Do you have a good recipe for a 3 Olive Mediterranean no Knead Bread,, if you do, could you possibly put it on video list, ;) I have watched several videos and am loving them.
I love your bread making technique from scratch which I will try but I did this with a can of biscuits. Still very good but not as good as the home made. Namaste
Hiii Ninik....i tried ur flowerr garlic bread..its reallyyy very soft nd yummyy..i replaced spring onion with minced gren capsicum..it comes out..everyone like it.. Even everyone ask me its recipe...nd i gave them.ur recipe linkk..😊😊
I feel based in my bread making experience and good professional videos in your tube you do not need more flour. You are using more flour because the dough is sticky. The dough needs more kneading which you are not doing . Adding more flour makes the dough more difficult to digest and the bread will not be as fluffy with a good structure when tearing it , apart from this is good video . I gave it a like :) :)
OMG!!!! OMG!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I don’t know why I needed a full cup of warm milk, but the buns are delicate, flavorful, and just damned PRETTY!! We just had one and they taste better than the Italian restaurant rolls we bought a few weeks ago. I am a professional chef and find that I obtain serious inspiration from chefs like you on youtube. Thank you Ninik. You are a true inspiration. Wishing you all the best.
Linda...I'm so happy to hear that. You're right, this bread is very tasty and pretty too. So glad to get a compliment from a professional chef like you! Thanks so much for trying my recipe. Wishing you all the best too.
Do you own a bakery? Everything you make looks sooooo good!!! I have so much respect for bakers now, it's really a lot love you put into a bread dough.
looks lovely great instruction very easy video to follow will definitely try to make this bread, I expect you could substitute the garlic and onions for a sweet version apple and cinnamon might work also
Hi, thanks for sharing. ..plan to try this for Christmas. ..would dough be ok if I make it day before as you show in video. ..does it need to be refrigerated. .thanks
Hi Ana Cruz, thank you ! Yes it would be okay to make the dough day before and overnight in the fridge for the next day baking. If longer in the fridge and the dough smell sour and the bread taste bitter.
Hi, I tried the garlic bread today, which came out looking yummy . But it's not so fluffy as yours and it's a bit moist, guessed it's the garlic butter too much.that melted. Anyhow thanks for sharing,, I'm quite happy with the result after trying a few recipes that was unsuccessful.. I'll try again but with less garlic butter spread on the dough. I liked this garlic bread recipe very much. The result is good, and it's simple and easy.📢📢📢👍🏻I'll follow more of your recipes. First tried good result. I've the confidence to try more of your recipes. Thanks
Thanks so much for trying my recipe. The butter will melt during baking, please fold the flower dough nicely so that the butter will entrap inside the bread and make the texture soft and fluffy
Muchas gracias!
Hi,thanks for sharing your awesome garlic bread recipe. Want to try one day. Before I try I want to know whether I can use my left over egg yolk instead of the whole egg? Will it comes out as fluffy as yours? Please confirm asap. Anxious to try it out real soon. Thanks
Hi, just found your recipe and tried it right away. Turned out to be super good~ the bread is soft. Since you don't need to knead the dough, you can save time and energy. Especially someone like me who don't really good at kneading. I added seasonings and herb to my butter~ Glad to find your recipe. Thank you :)
Maksi mba saya bingunng mau bikin makan malm apa pas liat di sini banyak info"manpaat .jadi aku gk pusing lagi mikirin bikin manu tinggal liat vdio nya d sini . Trmksi banyak 😘
i like this recipe seems simplr but i will use this bread recipe to make cinnomon bread instead but i just wanna know is this bread soft ? coz in the end you didn't cut it so i can't tell
Hi ninik, i tried ur recipe as u said half of wheat flour and half if all purpose flour with egg subsitute it.comes out same.like Apf bread. So.much soft.. Thanku dear so.much for ur suggestion.
Hellooooo... My gosh... u made my bread make mine and everyone else's eyes pop out... came out sooo well.. so well that I'm grinning from ear to ear...and feeling super proud. Thank u..mwaaaah
Ninik, what's the approximate temperature of "warm milk"? My dough was quite dry, not like the one in the video. Could it be the milk I used wasn't warm enough? Please advise, thanks .... Karen
Karen, it's about the same or a little bit warmer than body temperature, or about 100 - 110 °F (37 - 40°C). If your dough is too dry maybe the flour was too much, please add more milk or butter to loosen the dough.
@@NinikBeckerEatLover Ninik, thanks for your quick reply. I microwaved the 180ml milk but the temperature for sure was less than 100F. Flour amount was exactly 312 grams. Since the dough was not sticky, it was very easy to fold. I used very little extra flour for making the 16 petals. The drier dough didn't seem to have bad effect on the bread at all. The baked bread was fantastic ! Thanks for sharing this recipe.....Karen
Hello, can you tell me if 1 cup of butter (for the garlic butter) corresponds to a cup of 250ml or a cup of 125 grams please ? And can the milk be replaced by water in the dough please ? As it is written "milk / water" in the written recipe, on your blog. Thank you :)
Hello, it's vary, one said 1 cup of butter = 225 grams, another said 250 grams. For this recipe, you won't use all the butter mixture, you might use less of butter than recipe said. Yes, you can use water, the result /texture will be slightly different. Enjoy baking.
Can you teach the same garlic flower no knead bread which I can keep overnight and make the next day? I would like to send this in my kids school lunch box so would like to prepare everything a night before and bake the following morning.
+Bina Sheikh, thanks a lot for your interest about this recipe. In fact you can make the dough a day before but since it is using an egg, it must be store in refrigerator for the next morning baking and rest for a while at room temperature before bake.
Hi everyone, thank you so much for the comments and feedback and the likes. Thank you again :)
Ninik Becker
Hi Anesha Alexis, it is possible but you may add little bit milk/water into the dough. If you don't mind please scroll down in the comments about egg substitute I have shared. Thank you :)
Excellent, very precise, thanks

2.5 cups of flour is too much for 3/4 cups milk. ☹️

@@NinikBeckerEatLover I guess the cup size is different because I kept the quantities exactly as told. Posting pictures now.
Also, I thank you for replying to my comment. I wanted to ask if I can replace the egg with something else..
You can use 1/4 cup of plain yogurt at room temperature (the dough will be stickier). Or use 2 tbsp more butter.

Hi,thanks for sharing your awesome garlic bread recipe. Want to try one day. Before I try I want to know whether I can use my left over egg yolk instead of the whole egg? Will it comes out as fluffy as yours? Please confirm asap. Anxious to try it out real soon. Thanks
You can use the eggyolk. The right recipe is in the description, please follow the measurement in the description.
Hi Ninik,

I made this last night for my family and WE LOVE IT!! Thank you!!
Fantastic! So glad to hear
Hi, just found your recipe and tried it right away. Turned out to be super good~ the bread is soft. Since you don't need to knead the dough, you can save time and energy. Especially someone like me who don't really good at kneading.
I added seasonings and herb to my butter~
Glad to find your recipe. Thank you :)
Hi so glad to hear that. You did it so well, so proud of you! You're very welcome 😍
Made this today, was soo soft and good. Loved it 🤗

Yes you can, make sure to proof the dough at room temperature before baking.

Hi...can I use curd instead of yeast...n in that case should i use egg n baking soda to kneed the dough..pls suggest..
Hi +Manasi ..the yeast in this recipe is crucial to reach the soft and fluffy texture. No baking soda needed. Thanks

Hello! The dry yeast is active dry yeast or rapid yeast? Also can you give us the temperature in Fahrenheit? Thanks
Hi Vivi martin, is instant yeast (mix directly into flour). 175°C = 147F
Hellooooo... My gosh... u made my bread make mine and everyone else's eyes pop out... came out sooo well.. so well that I'm grinning from ear to ear...and feeling super proud. Thank u..mwaaaah
Hello @salt, wow...so glad to hear that. You did it very well, I'm mproud of you! You're most welcome.
Ninik, your recipes are always outstanding. Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure 😊
Hello, can you tell me if 1 cup of butter (for the garlic butter) corresponds to a cup of 250ml or a cup of 125 grams please ?
And can the milk be replaced by water in the dough please ? As it is written "milk / water" in the written recipe, on your blog.
Thank you :)
Hello, it's vary, one said 1 cup of butter = 225 grams, another said 250 grams. For this recipe, you won't use all the butter mixture, you might use less of butter than recipe said.
Yes, you can use water, the result /texture will be slightly different. Enjoy baking.
@@NinikBeckerEatLover Thank you for your reply :)
I am eating it now..it is amazing yum yum yum 🍞🍞🍞
Thanks Ferhat Hasanoglu, Guten Appetit !
