Radiator baffles upper & lower appear to be missing. Tried to watch to see if the baffles are installed with or over/after the rad is reinstalled. And yeah! That fan is due for replacement! 😅 bodyman here

Yes the little piece should slide out and is replaceable with having to buy a entire radiator.
