This is by far the best and most artistic video I've ever seen about MM. You just brought to my mind an image of me taking to school, church and family dinners my Shrunken and Horror Heads in a green dinosaurs printed fanny pack. None would make any video better than this, art and love are in every second of this MM episode. Thank you so much. Regards from Mexico.

Fukin sick! That is one hell of a presentation of Might Max and it bleeds so much aesthetics 🤩 The colour combinations of each one were brilliantly put together by the creators. From an artist point of view these have to be the best toys in the world!!!
We need a part 2 of this! 😬

Agh! Awesome video! Been having a Mighty Max nostalgia trip recently and this was just what I needed! The Cyberskull, Temple of Venom and Skull Mountain sets were personal faves! Such rare attention to detail, you don't see that in toys anymore. Feeling the urge to model and 3D print my own sets.

@@slimehousetv your welcome. Glad I stubbled across your channel. Enjoyed the video for monsters in my pocket. So glad I grew up in the 90s we definitely were lucky with toys. Recently had my garage converted to a bar with a retro theme so been looking out the old toys. Have a lot of Neca Alien predator toys and terminator on display. Collect the funky pops as well and have planned to find one for my original toys. The He-man line is good for that

  •  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Love your presentation. The colored lighting is great.
I had almost every one of these things. I used to line them all up on the floor and pretend it was Hell, and Max had fallen in and needed to fight his way out.
I can’t believe I sold them all at some point. I reclaimed a handful of favorites as an adult: Skull Dungeon, Arachnoid, Palace of Poison, Cyclops, The Hand, and Skull Mountain.

I never had a Mighty Max set when I was a kid I watched the show, and saw the commercials but one of my brothers friends surprisingly for his birthday invited both my brother and me and he had some of the Mighty Max figures. So I asked can I look at these and he said yeah I just make sure every piece got back where it belonged and I just stared and play with those things the whole time I was at that birthday party. The birthday boy came over and he says “did you go on some adventures” I had so much fun it was one of my best memories. So seeing those figures on your video just brought back so many good memories. Thank you 😄

Imagine them looking through designs and artwork, and going,"Yeah yeah! And we'll have a creepy eyeball that shoots from its socket!" 😂 I was also a proud collector of Mini Boglins, Monster in my Pocket, Lucky Trolls and Kinder figures (back when they had collectables and decent fun toys in them 😂) Thanks for sharing Mate! Amazing video! As a girl who grew up in the 90s, I had (and still have and adore) a whole host of Polly Pocket compacts but remember my cousin having Mighty Max playsets, and thinking how cool they were.
My Mum did allow me to have one MM compact, the Poison Palace I believe, but it is interesting to see how many there were, as I only remember an initial release of 6 (and the larger playset). Sad times that this sort of toy got left behind in the previous Millennium (and yes, I know Polly got rereleases but they pale in comparison to the originals).

These were my favorite toy as a kid. I was so particular, I kept the packaging and made sure each piece returned to the set. I'm still buying these as an adult, but it is so difficult to find a complete set. My first set was a spider, but skull dungeon was my favorite.

When I was 5,i got the giant skull mountain play set.
That thing was awesome and had sculpted details everywhere.
I still have some of the characters it came with.
I wouldn't have ever gotten rid of it, so somewhere along the way my mom probably sold it on a garage sale...

I had loads of these when I was a kid, my nan used to buy them for me. I had two of the big ones - the big red volcano and the big green dragon head. And i had about 10-12 of the standard small ones. The cartoon was based as well, there was one where zombies of people that died in Noah’s ark flood came back, crazy stuff. Watching this vid reminded me of how detailed these things were.
