    Thank you for sharing your knowledge, your exercises has been a life saver. After many years of practicing yoga i felt like it didn't improve my well being and I suffered from many aches and pains in different parts of my body, your daily exercises simply changed my body for the better, and i am forever greatful.

    thankyou so much. was a good session. loved the way how you wrote about the stretches/ where to feel the stretch. I just couldnt understand your last stretch what exactly did you do. also could you plse. place a bell sound at every change of exercise plse. so we could hear it and not keep looking at the video. thankyou .

    Thank you very much. I am from the US.
    I am learning a lot n getting stronger after many yrs of failed therapies.
    I am concerned about the neck stretching n sleeping position.
    I have a straight neck. No curve. Also tinnitus n cervicle vertigo.
    Is it safe to do the chin tuck n stretch out in a book or neck hero?
    I would like to add after 10+ yrs. Ur therapy/training is the only type of therapy that has helped me. American therapy I was getting worse n worse. 5 yrs on disability at 62.
    I have plenty of work to do but this is the first time I’ve felt hope in a very long time.

    I found only the visual prompts to change position difficult to follow.

      Agree.... Since some of the exercise you have to face down, hard to know when to flip

    29:48 i do not suggest getting up like that. In Indian yoga we turn right, place our left hand perpendicular to floor for support and use it to push us up. This is belived to help in blood flow
