Work in progress. Not sure if I’m doing correctly but in time I’ll get it all. I’ve always been flexible. R side use to be overly flex. Still is. I’m Inconsistent. Some Muscles stretches I’m supposed to feel I don’t but I have symptoms n restrictions other areas that shouldn’t be. Plus I don’t feel my legs work together. One leg n hip work together on one side. Same with other leg n hip work together other side. The two sides not working together for smooth walking. Sciatica an issue on r my flexible side. SI joint, priformis n other butt muscles r problematic. Been 2 -3 wks. I’ve tried everything I’ve seen online. 🙏

But unfortunately, we can't and must not properly evaluate your individual condition from a distance, why we always recommend you to check in with your physician before you attempt any of the exercises. If your doctor gives you the all clear, please get started with our exercises . 💪😊 Before you start exercising, one very important tip: always use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide. Try to work at a level eight or nine, so you'll get the best results. A nine means that you feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up. 🙂 This applies to all exercises. Dear Doc, a question... I have a Femur replacement (metal prosthesis) since 5 years ago. Do I limit these stretches to avoid injury ? Danke !!

IMHO, The routine is a too complex for a morning routine and a bit rushed into different excersices
