Hello! I cannot thank you and your team enough for putting your videos and content out in the world. I've been battling TMD for a few years, and everything had begun to be impacted by it. Your atlas video started my whole journey is realizing how bad things had gotten, and I've been watching and adding videos ever since. This is one of my more favorite due to it's grand scope. Hi, I understand that you want the income generated by ads but it is really dangerous to have ads when someone is deep in stretch, they get startled and have to get out of the stretch to stop the advertisement, and this creates a high chance of getting an injury . If you need to have the ads then please have them when you are transitioning from one pose to the next instead of being in the middle of a very deep back stretch, for instance.

Or you could hold the stretch through the ad and quit whining.
