Hello Hannah, thank you for sharing your knowledge, I have a question, what is better, to do the stretching before or after running?
The way you hold this practice is outstanding and entertaining. I learnt some cool stuff and stretches are really good
I do this routine everyday. Thank you! Just curious, for the chest stretches, you specifically say to rotate the right shoulder in but for the left shoulder you state to not rotate it. Is there an anatomical reason for this or should I adjust to stretch the left and right the same? Thanks again!

How do you inhale without taking a breath?
Try to inhale while your mouth and nose are closed you’ll fell a movement in your lower chest this is what she means

this is not good for beginners or people with joint pain
I have to agree am pretty young and have decent flexibility but after doing this routine I developed inflammation on my fascia. It’s been a week and I am still dealing with the pain.
