I really enjoyed this upload, I'd love it if you made a series where you arrange for more novice players to fight it out in these mix mash games like this, it would be a fantastic way to engage with more of your community and I'd love to watch that, perhaps even take part, who knows! :)

The commentary was a spicy 11/10 today, sometimes you just get used hypercompetent players on this channel, seeing some genuine goofs was a great break haha

Man, when you said it could be called an "epic fail," I thought you were exaggerating. This really is a true comedy of errors. Everybody has bad games, of course, and I'm sure these players are normally really good, but there's some real guilty laughs out of all the little mistakes adding up to the car crash.
And you really do make a PHENOMENAL roast master, with your good-natured quick wit.

Honestly this cast made up for my incredibly shitty day. Thanks Indy, I didn’t know I needed this in my life. Also seeing this gave me hope for my own abysmal abilities in TW. Remember kids, no matter how bad your micro is at least it’s not wipe out your own regiment with friendly artillery bad..... unless it is. But eh.

Sub commanders are amazing!
I just had an idea for a Trials of Tzeentch SC match, they have their assigned role, and then after the autogen, they delete all the units that didn't fit the role, maybe even duplicate the ones that made it through haha
Im gonna need more of this chief. Watching good players duke it out is great and all, but watching normal players do random shit is absolutely hilarious.
All my respect to the players for wanting to share this with the rest of us. From my standpoint of an very entertained viewer this is an epic win!

This should become a series, cast a two or three wood tier games. It will help the players in them, and provide immense entertainment.

Yeah I feel you. Have stayed away from multiplayer for the same reason. Just have to realize the vast majority of players aren't going to have pro levels of skill as we've seen so often on this channel.

Indy my man, I picked up TW:WH2 because of your good self a few months back. I played about 4-5 custom games with pals then sort of forgot about it. I've started playing again recently, on Campaign and I'd say I'm doing pretty decent but I could definitely be doing better. I would absolutely adore a 'Tutorial' video of TW:WH2 explaining the basics, tactics, the sort of unit spread that's generally the best all round etc etc.

That sort of carnage is probably a lot more realistic for a battle like that. Savage beasts charging headlong into the first thing they see, lords hiding in safety while their troops are slaughtered, primitive artillery miss-firing, and what man can hear the shouted orders over the din of battle? It would be crazy.
Something about this reminded me of WoW raids back in vanilla. 40 people in the same fight, like 5 of them know what they're doing, and everyone else's just sort of running around doing their own thing. You take a break to bandage your mage after standing in some fire, and you look to your left and there stand 4 people at full health/mana around a campfire delivering impromptu text-based commentary on the fight as it progresses. You forget what you were doing and start to pay attention to the conversation instead. Now there are 5 people around the campfire.
Haven't had such a good laugh in a while ! Thanks to the lads who dared to share this !

Hi i just wanted to tell you you're the best TW creator on youtube. The effort ou put into this videos really shows. EVene shit replays look good narrated by you, and you anticipate it and make it a strong point. Sometimes i feel like other content creators take zero effort and just record a random replay they're seeing for the first time, and if it sucks i only discover it 20 minutes in. This is never the case with you. Ps, that " It will KEEEL" made me laugh my ass off, it took me a second to recognize the quote but damn

Yeah; Krell generally was losing those fights and getting destroyed a bunch of different times by Gotrak, but the cut of his axe continues towards killing Gotrek afterwards during the Siege of Castle Reiksguard by Kemmler. Then some magic bullshit, unexplained happens and all is well and Gotrek is alive again.

I have to admit, I saw this game and saw a lot of the things that I do. I am not good at battles in Total War; for instance, I don't actually know how to overcast spells and I have yet to work out what fast light units like wolves are for.
nothing wrong with that mate, only way to get better is to play and to watch! if you right click a spell it will bring up the spell browser, and you can see what the overcast effect for each spell is. You can overcast spells in game by double clicking on the spell itself so that you see the 2 blue arrows beneath the icon
Fast light units are usually for chasing off routing units, taking out/tying up enemy archers and arty
Click twice on the spell icon to overcast. Wolves are good for harassing archers and artillery.
