I only wished there was some place for me to buy more of this specific lot number. Having shot Lapua, Eley and RWS, RWS does seem to burn the cleanest leaving less unburned powder down the barrel.

That's darn good shooting by any measure. A few years back I bought two bricks of RWS Target Rifle and it simply didn't shoot well in anything I tried it in. But, as you've demonstrated, in the right rifle it shoots lights out.... at least that lot does.

taking rabbits at 100yds no problem using CCI subsonic HP.
Target rifle shoots that good in my 457mtr and it was reasonably priced. Bought 4 bricks.👍

Hey Brother! Just found this. Nice shooting. Really like your energy and style. I just started with a decent .22 after a LOT of years with a hunting rifle. Just picked up a CZ 457 and still trying ammos. I'll have to try & find some of this. To date the SK line seems to be best out of the CZ. And thanks for your service.

the CZ 452 is the best gun CZ has made to date. Because it has two locking lugs on the bolt and the barrel is threaded to the action not held in with screws. Like I have said before I have 3 452. that all outshoot my 457 MTR
I have a cz457 that will shoot 1/4 and 3/8 at 100yrds I love these cz rifles great shooting with the rws but the same cz shot the rws all over the place. You have to find the ammo a gun likes.

is that with the shims in the bolt. my cz452 lux shot 0.37 day in, day out for a few years, but its started to spread out to about 0.44 now. i noticed the bolt is getting sloppy, so after seeing your shim video, ive ordered some to see if i can bring the old girl back into form.
in the mean time i have semi bedded it, lightened the trigger spring, and am trying to find a brick of SK rifle match ammunition for testing.
if the shims work, in theory, the old girl should go sub 0.30. fingers crossed
My 457 was tested at the factory with rws did ok in the target sample.

GREAT SHOOTING MAN.😉. I LOVE MY 22lrs. So many NEAT and unusual ONES. I don't have any CZs 22lrs, sold them.😳😵💫😮💨. But I DO HAVE 2 BRNO #2s, one has a 25" sporter barrel and the other is a UAR (United Arab Republic) trainer that someone cut down to 19" so scope is the only way to go. I also have 2 preWW2 single shot Mauser trainers (ES 340N & ES 340B look them up on the Internet U tube). I also have a Norinco 522 target rifle, early production one-hard to find. Some barred actions came into Canada after President Clinton banned ALL WEAPONS coming from China even if they were target 22lr rifles or pistols. I want to put decent scopes on them and see how they shoot. I'm not in a position to do much shooting with my TOYS because I had a FIRE in my BEDROOM at 3 am and a few of my TOY got MESSED UP and DEALING with the insurance company is a NIGHTMARE, I'm staying at a APARTMENT COMPLEX so I REALLY DON'T WANT ANYONE TO KNOW MY BUSINESS (HOBBY) unfortunately not a good thing THESE DAYS YOU KNOW. I already had a BUNCH of AMMO RIPPED OFF that I stored at a STORAGE UNIT PLACE while I was waiting for the insurance company to pay for VARIOUS THINGS to get me squared away.🤔😳😵💫😩😖😡🤬😮💨 Hopefully it won't be too much longer, the FIRE was in 1/17/23. The insurance company has been DRAGGING THEIR FEET for one thing to another ESPECIALLY since I didn't go along with THEIR WAY OF DOING THINGS THAT AREN'T IN MY BEST INTEREST BUT IN THEIRS.😱😳😵💫😩😖😡🤬😮💨

I have had excellent accuracy with RWS Target Rifle trouble is I haven't bought any in a while. The last brick I bought was in the six dollar per box range I bet it's higher now.
I build custom squirrel rifles, kidd rugers, cz 457 and 455. I been using rws 38grain hp for years and have had excellent success with grouping, .3 etc. Speed is approx 1270 fps. I've also have great success with cci 36g hp, winchester 36g hp, and other hollow points. I've also wondered why you guys always shoot round nose low velocity bullets when there's other hv bullets that group excellent. Thnx
I don't know how this would affect a custom chamber where you are jamming the lands with the front drive band of the cartridge and always have back pressure from the base of the cartridge against the closing bolt face? Rim thickness variations become a moot point...me thinks?
