Monitoring my stress while sleeping helped me improve my bed and I stopped taking medication that was supposed to be helping me. I can see the trends in my own data to make better decisions also I don't eat carbs that much anymore.

    Hey Alex, great video!
Just a quick question, does your Venu 2 have an option do notify you with vibration whenever you are starting to be in High/medium stress levels?
    Thank you

Yes it does, and it works well, although to be honest I normally think I know what do you want me to do about it 😂. Great question though 👍. I do find it helpful to help find techniques that work to help me reduce my stress levels overall 😀.

Thanks for sharing Alex, I like the idea of the Body Battery and understanding your natural energy well-being to work out what techniques can work. I do need to start exercising more.. also think routine, minimalism and good sleep help (plus having a goal to aim for such as TH-cam ;-)
Ps For me journaling, a planner and looking back helps me to see what I can do to improve stress too.

I totally agree, but even reading your response, there is so much to do that it almost becomes a job in itself 🙈. I am really pleased to have gotten this video out because I struggled a bit, and tracking this data and making positive changes really did help 😊. I have a new watch coming today in about 45 minutes, and I plan to make my life easier and do an unboxing of it. No point in always stressing about creativity 😊. Hoping to go for a Wednesday video this week. FYI (party saying to hold myself accountable) to get it out there as it's a bit more timely and a competitive market. Thanks again, Gary; I hope we get to meet up and go for that ride at some point. It can be a part of you exercising more 😉.

Hello i suffer from stress and i would like to know if the watch has notification when your stress levels are high.
    and how accurate it is.
    thank you

I can only give you my experience, but in my experience it's very accurate. Yes it will notify you when your stress levels are high. More importantly you can always check them. I am more in control of my stress now then ever in large part because of this watch feature it's been a huge benefit for me.
One thing to note, all the watch does is measure stress. You have to work out why. What I mean is I often excerise and that causes me physical stress, occasionally I'm ill and that causes me physical stress too. But yes in my case it can detect my mental stress too and then importantly has helped me work out tools that I can use to reduce it. 👍
      I hope that helps 🙏
