Well I have autoplay off in my settings but I don't think that's your problem. I think it's because you're on driving mode possibly? Or you're using Android Auto if that's an Android device. Other than that I don't know.
Yeah I was going to say there's a setting I have it off to you can turn autoplay off but in this Kenworth same thing I put in reverse and knew nothing and then putting out of reverse and boom there's Joe Rogan or some death metal LOL so yeah it has a mind of its own. I have fallen asleep watching Paramount plus with earbud in and after the episode is over boom Spotify starts playing in my ear

I tried turning off autoplay. I had this issue before I installed android auto. I think it's a spotify thing but can't stop it
