रेलवे का चार्ट सिर्फ छै महीने तक मेंटेन रहता है जिसमें रजिस्टर जैसा कुछ नहीं होता है। कोर्ट सामान्य तौर पर कोई रिकॉर्ड नहीं मंगाता। पहले अपने स्तर पर पूरा प्रयास किया है, ऐसा साबित करना पड़ता है तभी कोर्ट एलाऊ करता है। हमने पहले आर टी आई से बैंक स्टेटमेंट मांगा, बैंक के मना करने की स्थिति में ही कोर्ट ने मंगाया। किसी को स्वयं रिकार्ड पेश करने के लिए वाध्य नहीं किया जा सकता है।
Sir mere pati 2019 ke January 31 ko call pe galiya dhamki diye aur ab 2023 mai CrPC 91 ke tahat unki attendance mangvaee ja sakti hai vo bank mai job karte h kya ab tak attendance distroy Ho Gaya hoga???
Crpc 91 and 311 application is rejected in the court. High court has given 50 percent relief saying trial court's said irrelevant but you has liberty to submit in the court. Several attempts are on record that I am trying to get but not successful. First apple in process by RTI rule. What can I do to achieve and submit in the court. Without me any one is not in the consent consent to submit in the court. If is the conclusve proof of crystal clear false implications conspiracy case. What should I do to achieve it.

138के केस मे परिवादी से दस्तावेजों के लिए धारा 91का आवेदन न्यायलय मे आरोपी लगा सकता है।
