Nahi yeh non compoudable offence hai yani jismain koi compromise yan yu kahein samjhota nahi ho sakta.
Discharge yan toh samjhote par yan gawahi mukerne par ho sakta hai. Itna aasan nahi hai state case ko todna. Court 99%state ke paksh main hoti hai
