(1)Shadi se pehle mujhe bataya thi ki me foji hun shadi ke bad bataya ki me private job karta hun......
jabki,me private job karta tha aur meri wife ne meri job place par aa kar tamasha kiya aur sath me rishtedaron ke samne attempt to commit suicide karne ki kosish Ki.jis ke chalte mujhe apni job se hath dhona pada....
(2) Date of separation 7-1-2020 likhi hai jab ki shadi 27-7-2020 ko hui hai...mane date of separation 7-1-2021 he likhwayi thi apne advocate ko mere pass uska screen short bhi hai mere advocate ne computer par likhte hue 7-1-2020 likh diya hai....kya karun me please help me....🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sir you are speaking for men, but you are misguiding them good . Without proving the fact that wife is asserting, according to the Indian evidence act, I.e cruelty etc, and proving that she was forced to leave and did not leave as per her own will, status quo must remain , and no maintenance has to be paid. No one can institute a case without evidence and put hands into pockets of innocent and that too in front of judge , as accused is innocent till guilty as per Indian evidence act again. Go till Supreme Court with this mental preparation and you will not pay maintenance this is my challenge. Weather case is civil , criminal. And first mistake is not paying maintenance, first mistake Is filing reply without asking for prima facie value on basis of which case has been instituted through the proper application. But not completely your fault, This is the difference between a volunteer and an advocate.
