      I respectfully disagree. Braggs may be diluted with water, although I have a hard time believing that since it is still as strong to me as it was five years ago, and it is STRONG! But even if it is, I've gotten fantastic results in every single area I wanted results IN. My body is wracked with inflammation and Braggs is fantastic. Digestion - fantastic, Weight Loss - fantastic, Antimicrobial - fantastic, Blood Sugar (My husband is Type Two Diabetic & his A1C has never been better - fantastic, Reduced Cholesterol - fantastic, Reduced my Eczema - fantastic, and I could go on & on. I love your videos Shea! But I just wanted to make sure people know that they shouldn't throw Braggs under the bus, because I know many people besides myself whom it's worked wonders for! :)

    One thing to note: Do not brush your teeth for at least a 1/2 hr after drinking ACV. As others have mentioned, rinse your mouth instead. If you brush immediately after drinking ACV, you’re basically scrubbing the vinegar into your teeth and weakening your enamel. Another good thing to do is chew sugarless gum afterward. That increases the saliva in your mouth which will prevent the ACV from affecting your teeth.

      Exercise!!
      Resistance training, lift weights, do the main multi joint exercises, with enough resistance of course, a weight you can do 6-8 reps with but NOT 9, you have to find what that weight is of course. That solves most of what you just mentioned, it is not a pill or a easy drink, it does take REAL effort, and better eating habits where you do not eat crap or potato chips or cookies etc... eat food you can tell what it is on first sight, even SLIGHTLY processed food like butter you can tell what or where it comes from, not margarine though... milk eggs... ACV is a good ADDITION to good food. Don't overeat. And stop using victim vocabulary, like "suffers"...

    I see a holistic doctor who said women are ultra stressed and with stress comes decreased stomach acid (meaning we're not fully absorbing the nutrients in our food) - to counteract this, adding a teaspoon of ACV in a glass of water 15 mins prior to meals boosts stomach acid production to increase nutrient absorption.

    • @magadiendor
      @magadiendor 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I'm sorry but stress INCREASES acid production. It may cause heartburn and if you add ACV on top of it you may develop a stomach ulcer.

    • @annette.1030
      @annette.1030 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@magadiendor a quick Google search I found from Dr Tonia Winchester, "A patient recently told me that her doctor, after prescribing a double dose of Nexium, said there is a connection between stress and stomach acid - and there definitely is one, but it’s actually not what you think, or what medical doctors believe and understand.
      They typically say that stress causes an increase in stomach acid leading to an erosion of the mucosal tissue causing ulcers in the stomach and upper part of the small intestine.
      This is absolutely physiologically incorrect.
      Here’s the low down on how stress affects stomach acid:
      Stomach acid GOES down with stress.
      Lets repeat.
      Stomach acid GOES DOWN WITH STRESS.
      Stress diverts blood away from the gut to feed the muscles and the brain so the body can run away or fight to survive the threat. Digestion is not an essential function when it comes down to acute survival. The body prioritizes the threat / stress by sending it’s blood flow and resources to the organs and tissues which help the body survive.
      In fact, the secretion of ALL the digestive enzymes and juices decreases with stress.
      Stomach acid (HCl) is one of the signals that closes the sphincter between the esophagus and the stomach. In medical gobbledee gook lingo we call this the lower esophageal sphincter (LES). When the LES is closed, digestion typically functions well, and we don’t see problems such as indigestion, acid reflux, or heart burn.
      Lets review:
      Stress leads to decreased blood flow to digestive system including the stomach…
      which leads too lower HCl…
      which impedes the signal to close the LES…
      so the stomach stays open…
      and what little acid is in the stomach comes up and irritates the esophagus causing heart burn, reflux and indigestion.
      That’s the real story about stress and stomach acid. Wait there’s more.
      With stress there is also less protective mucus production so the acid that IS in the stomach can injure the fragile lining of the gut, furthering the digestive distress and inflammation, causing ulcers, poor nutrient absorption, and ultimately weight gain"

      @Nice-do6sp Hi, I get up around 4 am. I wait until around 5 am. to mix 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother in a tall glass of water and drink it with a straw. After that, I drink my black coffee, no sugar, and mixed with a teaspoon of Anthony's Ceylon Cinnomon. Both ACV and Ceylon Cinnamon lower the blood sugar. I never check my glucose levels because I don't have T2D. But what everyone should check once every year is their fasting insulin levels. Your fasting insulin levels are a much better predictor of onset of T2D than A1C and fasting glucose levels. You can have a normal A1C level and a normal fasting glucose level, but if your fasting insulin level is high, it means you have insulin resistance and impending diabetes ( fasting insulin level can predict T2D 10 years in advance, so you can change your diet to prevent T2D)

      @Vetriyas Hi, no. No diabetes or other medical problems. I started drinking ACV as a part of my ketogenic lifestyle and one-meal-a-day intermittent fasting. Also, a teaspoon of Ceylon Cinnomon in your black coffee, no sugar, will lower your blood sugar levels. I love Ceylon Cinnamon because it gives my coffee a very mild sweet taste without any sugar. Love the taste and flavor, too.
      To prevent T2D, everyone should get their fasting insulin checked once a year. Lower the fasting insulin levels and lower the risk of T2D. High fasting insulin levels mean you have insulin resistance and a very high risk for T2D. The best way to lower your fasting insulin level is by intermittent fasting, preferably one-meal-a-day intermittent fasting, 0 fast foods, 0 grains, 0 fried foods, 0 sugar/fructose, no vegetable seed oils and no processed carbohydrates, and to start a supervised ketogenic or a carnivore diet ..my very small amount of fructose comes from the avocado I consume daily. But avocado is high in fiber, so the fructose from the avocado does not make it to the liver.

    Hi Shea, I couldn't agree more! I suffer from the occasional Acid Reflux reaction in the middle of the night and Thank God it wakes me up. Although when it happens I feel like the Loch Ness monster from the excruciating pain that happens in my lungs and chest, the only thing that will neutralize the reaction from burning and chocking me half to death is to down a shot glass straight up of ACV. I also agree with it having a helpful feature of weight loss control at least in my experience. Thank you for sharing your research, thoughts, and tips on this topic ❤🙏

    Very interesting video about Apple Cider Vinegar. However, drink it 15 minutes before a meal and not after the meal and never ever drink it before sleeping. You can also mix it in your meal, which I do when I eat my oatmeal breakfast. When drinking before sleeping, it can be difficult to start sleeping and it can burn. For the rest, the advice is very good.
    I make Apple Cider Vinegar myself, with the mother inside. So much better than what you buy in shops.

    if you can't stand the taste just combine it with honey, it healed all my heart problem mainly artery problem like a miracle, drink it at least once a day after eating (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) or at max three times a day:
    Don't forget to dilute it with water first to prevent damaging your tooth due to its high Acidity level:
    My Dose per drink is mix 5 ml (teaspoon) ACV with 150 ml of water (30 times the ACV weight) and 2-3 teaspoon of honey or if you are in a mission on weight loss or artery healing then don't add honey to reduce your total calories intake!
