Aeropro AERA 10 D33 Glitches from New Part #1

I had this installed by Cranbourne Sound, in 3rd week of Sep, I have several Glitches Screen goes blank and as you can, it is non-responsive.
Brett has been good to deal with except he had the vehicle two weeks before Christmas to take out and send back and he said he ran out of time I need my van and can't do with out it.
