My mom just made kimchi and sent me home with it. I’m making hotdogs and my minds in put kimchi on everything mode. I looked this up knowing I’d try it anyways so eating them as I watch.
Also it’s similar to bratwurst and sauerkraut I grew up on but much more flavor so I knew it’d be good

I found Kimchi at my local Walmart, but I've never had it. I'll buy some next time and try it. Cause I love spicy foods. :3

You should add Nongshim ramyeon together.
Kimchee and ramyeon are great combo.

Where do you buy or how do you make Japanese mayo?

You can buy it online or at Asian grocery stores, and there are recipes on youtube or online. It's essentially the same as American mayo, but the vinegar used it different so it doesn't taste exactly the same. If you can't find it, regular mayo works just as well.

Zoe Blayney Many supermarkets carry Kim Chee in the cool produce shelves. It's in a glass jar. Open it in the sink first time because the cabbage mixture continues to ferment after canning. It can squirt. Try tasting a little bit first: it's delicious but spicy hot!

GizmoBee1702 thank you for your suggestion - I live in the UK so I have never come across it, but maybe it's because I haven't made the conscious effort to look! I love spicy so by the sounds of it, will be delicious :)

Zoe Blayney Knowing what to look for and where in the market to look should help. It's kept cold but not frozen. Refrigerate after opening; keeps a very long time. Koreans eat it with every meal. Try an Asian market. Good luck.
