@@prezsavannah Yeah they do look small to me and i have been counting my calories for the past 10 years, (well i don't anymore as i know how much i need to eat) - i think the calories from the meals you have is only ~1500. My portion is at least double yours in every meal and i am on 2000-2200..🙂.
Must be optical illusion then. I can ensure you this is 100% between the range of 2000-2200 - including the 2 chocolate cookies I had. If this was 1500 kcals, I’d be losing weight like crazy which is not the case. 😊

Carbs and fats are where the calories come from and most of this food is protein based which is great for muscle, but you need energy from somewhere

Fat sources: peanut butter, avocado, eggs, olive oil. Protein sources: skyr, eggs, bacon, chicken, protein shake x 2. You really believe this can fit in a 1500 kcal day? 🥱 I’ve been on many many competition diets before. 1500 kcals is a BIG deficit for me, I wouldn’t look this curvy and have this strength if that’s all I’d feed my body.
I do like your physique; Also where are you from. I am hearing some kind of accent. As for nutrition. What is best for pre-workout and post workout to eat . To have better muscle gain or maintenance?
