Awesome insight! I respect Dorian's training philosophy, but for an average non-bodybuilder the risk/reward of doing heavy sets has always made me weary. Milo's philosophy and example made it clear to me that emphasizing the mind-muscle connection is a safer way to exhaust the muscles vs "relying" on heavy weights for muscle overload.
